This home is located in a quiet humble neighborhood of a beautiful city, that has survived so much. Patric has done an exceptional job in bringing out and restoring the natural beauty of the home and adding modern amenities to make his guests feel at home. The pool area is beautiful, inviting and perfect for any gathering. The house staff is helpful and willing to help in anyway possible. Something not in Patric’ s control or his staff is the weather and countries power grid issues. We did experience 2-3 power outages a day each lasting 2-4 hours. The main generator is being fixed but staff did bring a smaller one to help with lighting and to try and keep 1-2 AC’s running for a more comfortable temperature. This is a reminder to those visiting that this is not the owners fault it’s the reality of the countries day to day struggle. The on site staff did their best to accommodate us. Word of advice travel with a portable chargeable fan and hand held flashlight. Highly recommend

There isn't enough space to write what a joy that Ardruis and Jennifer were. They truly go above and beyond and they are so attentive. We were extra needy it being a first time in the country and not speaking the language. I enjoyed them immensely and will be back there not only to support them but to visit and love on them. My stay at Zunilda’s was great. I had nothing to complain about. The loft is beautiful! Just like the pictures. I love the views of Havana and how the terrace can be wide open. I loved that I had the option of fresh air or air conditioning. The restaurants I wanted to visit were not far away. And old Havana was about 8 mins away via taxi. She made my welcome so easy with accommodating a taxi for my arrival. Zunilda also provides a phone. Which was a life savor for my boyfriend and I. Zunilda’s sister, Malaena was amazing as well; she communicated with us, gave us pointers for food and helped us with exchanging money. She also accommodated for our taxi to leave. The two things I was worried about in Cuba was having a cell phone and exchanging money, and Zunilda and Malaena provided that for us, making that worry go away. Thank you so much for having us and we shall return.

Our family of four loved the size, location, and authenticity of this wonderful apartment. It is right in the middle of Old Havana with easy access to many restaurants, a great little market, and many of Havana's top attractions. It is well-appointed and has a wonderful ambiance with lots of natural light and dependable AC. Sandra made our family feel so welcome with her warm presence and a terrific breakfast every morning with coffee, fruit, juice, bread, and eggs. She was a highlight of our stay in Havana. We would highly recommend this place to anyone considering staying in the area.

Jorge and Arianna were both gems — helpful, kind and enthusiastic. When we struggled to find the place because we didn’t have data, Jorge spoke to our cab driver and came to pick us up from nearby. My flight the morning of checkout was super early, he organised a taxi and also came and drank coffee with me at 6am. One of the highlights of my trip to Cuba.
