The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Beautiful excursions, hikes a few kilometers away /Alpine edge/ There are 3 apartments in the house. On the 3rd floor is the apartment, modern equipped kitchen, bedroom, dining area in one, next door is the bathroom with washing machine. Wifi is of course available. Welcome.:)

This fully renovated apartment is in great condition. It is located on the top floor of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its unique atmosphere is fully available. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
