Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

Unser 2023 saniertes Ferienapartment eignet sich hervorragend für Paare und Familien mit zwei Kindern. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Apartmentanlage in Sattendorf. Zur Anlage gehört ein eigener Seezugang mit großzügiger Liegefläche, Umkleiden, Duschen und WCs. Zur freien Nutzung ist ein Paddelboot für 2 Personen vorhanden. Das Apartment verfügt über eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer (4 Personen), Foyer und Bad mit Dusche.

Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.
