Had an amazing stay here! Bob and Beth were extremely responsive hosts and provided a lot of clear instructions on how to find the carriage house. It was very clean and spacious and had a great coffee set up. The surrounding gardens are so lovely! Was quiet and walkable to the local downtown area

We chose John's place because it was a block from our Son's house in Butcher's Hill. We would choose it again because it was a beautiful place with everything you could need thoughtfully supplied. John was super responsive to every question and communication, which is a big plus. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

Place was nice and in a good location. Host was responsive. Good news is that it’s in a good location, but it is by the main road and can get a little loud, probably mostly on weekend nights. But places close early, so noise doesn’t last long..

Anne’s place was great for my week long stay in Baltimore. It was about 17 minutes from JHU, less than 15 minutes from the Harbor and National Aquarium, close to Baltimore local favorites, and directly across from a park. Anne was responsive to all my concerns and needs. The apartment was clean and had an abundance of extra towels and sheets for our use. The only comment I have is about the TV and Wifi which were both slow and lagged when doing work. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.

The house is beautiful and worked well for our family. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The grounds are lovely and very peaceful. Pictures don’t do this property justice.

Scott and Melinda's place was perfect for a peaceful getaway for our family of 5. The water was so nice to wake up to and fall asleep hearing the water move by! The thought of all the basic needs and had everything easily accessible from fresh eggs from their chickens, a great variety of coffee pods and creamer, and all the other small needs that come up while staying in an airbnb. This was great since it is off the beaten path. If you are looking for some peaceful family time or a secluded retreat with friends, this is a perfect place!

Immaculate and perfect....look no further if you are searching for a house on Kent Island. We were in town for a wedding and this AirBnb was beyond ideal. Spotless and clean, tasteful decor, and waterfront. All exactly as advertised, but looks even more picturesque in person. We really enjoyed being waterfront on the dock enjoying the mornings and evenings in peace. Highly recommend - it was difficult to leave!

Incredible, serene home with thoughtful design and furnishings. Our family loved the house, which served as a great space to gather over meals, games and stories. The deck on two sides of the house, with great seating, provided a gentle welcome to the nature around with harbor views in the distance. As seasoned Eastern Shore folks, this was an introduction to Rock Hall, which we really enjoyed, especially the refuge. We stayed in this house for our son's Naval Academy graduation/commissioning. It was absolutely perfect for our group. The drive across the bay bridge took anywhere from 35-45 minutes depending on the traffic. At no time was the traffic as bad as we've experienced it on the DC side of Annapolis. We crossed the bridge 1-2 times a day during our 7 day stay. As soon as you get to the island and head south there is no traffic and it's a beautiful, peaceful drive. The house is perfect for entertaining with two large rooms inside on the main floor. There is a large island in the kitchen room which makes for a great serving area. It rained during about half of our visit so we made good use of the space indoors. Our children used the fishing poles, kayak, soccer nets, ping pong and fooseball table. Negin was very responsive in answering our questions and even worked it out so we could check in early. We would definitely stay there again if we had the chance.

Ellen’s condo was absolutely perfect for Commissioning Week. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the Naval Academy, and Graduation at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The coffee shop downstairs was a delightful bonus, and the underground parking was a major perk. Ellen provided clear and detailed instructions about the condo and guest expectations, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. The condo itself is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. What I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the condo was—it offered a true retreat. The private patio was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. I would absolutely stay here again.

I was impressed by how clean and uncluttered Ricky’s place was. It was definitely a benefit that parking was included, though it was a little awkward loading and unloading and getting to and from the parking garage. Garage was a block away and secure with lots of cars nicer than mine haha.

We had a great time once again staying here. It is just steps from the main gate of USNA and the downtown activities and restaurants. Caite was also responsive and very flexible with us and our needs.

Ben’s place is exactly as described me and my family enjoyed our stay. I felt right at home, when I’m visiting my sister in the near future I will definitely stay again.

Stayed at George’s place for our family trip to DC. It was exactly what we needed for our family of 6. Easy walk to Safeway and Metro. House was very clean and set up well. If you happen to forgot to pack something there’s a very good chance George has it in the home for you. We had a great stay.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again.
