However, the public ramp is only one mile away! If you bring your own boat, the private parking area will accommodate it. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath, cottage is perfect for making memories on the Lake James chain for up to 8 guests. From the sunroom you are 10 feet from the water. Enjoy the spacious yard for evening time fun. Plenty of parking, and parking for your boat too!

Long Lake Cottage is on a 10 mph lake that is a pretty peaceful spot to relax. Enjoy bonfires, kayaking, fishing, and grilling at our place. Long Lake is a part of the Pigeon River chain that you can kayak along through multiple lakes. Less than 10 minutes from Angola (Trine University, Pokagon State Park, groceries, etc.). We hope you enjoy your stay! We have a strict cancellation policy, but we will refund you 100% of your stay if you do need to cancel 14 days before your arrival.
