Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

Handtücher und Bettzeug stehen bereit. Die Terrasse ist mit einer Sitzgelegenheit für bis zu vier Personen ausgestattet. Bis in den Nachmittag ist es sehr sonnig auf der Terrasse. Natürlich gibts auch einen Sonnenschirm. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem Mückengitter an min. einem Fenster ausgestattet.

Ich habe leider nicht die volle Zeit nutzen können, jedoch war die Zeit die ich da war absolut einwandfrei. Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Sollte ich nochmal in der Umgebung sein würde ich sofort wieder diese Unterkunft nehmen.

Irina ist eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Wir haben uns in ihrer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Klare Empfehlung!

Juste PARFAIT ! Le logement est très sympa et proche du centre. Tout est très bien aménagé et la literie est très confortable ! Annegret et Robert sont très accueillants et à l’écoute. Si vous devez venir à Deggendorf c’est ici qu’il faut séjourner. Je recommande vivement !

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Having access to a washer and dryer was really a bonus too. The apartment was spotless, well maintained and exactly as described. We found the owners to be extremely pleasant and helpful with any questions about the area. The location is on a very quiet and safe street in Deggendorf, which provides free on street parking as well. The unit has a nice fully equipped kitchen and an outside sitting area. All our communication with the hosts was great as well. We experienced a wonderful stay here ! David & Diana Ontario Canada

Wir hatten eine super nette Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Als wir auch noch früher als geplant ankamen durften wir sogar früher mit den Kindern in die Wohnung. Vielen Dank nochmal 😀 Die Terrasse ist unglaublich schön und die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
