Guests have access to common areas such as an ice machine, laundry equipment, full-size refrigerator, bathhouse, gas grill, observation decks, and two fish cleaning stations. This spot can handle up to a 40' RV and has connections to sewer, water, and electric with 20-30-50 amp connections. *Dockage may be available for an extra fee.

Scallop season Starts June 15th and ends Labor day weekend. Off season is discounted for those who would like to winter in Florida. Pet friendly. No large aggressive pets allowed. We observe quiet time from 9:00 pm until 7:00 am. Weekends require a two night minimum and holidays require a three night minimum. Come enjoy. Welcome to the cottage.
