The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

The cozy vacation home is located in the beautiful health resort of Finsterbergen, right on the edge of the forest and very close to the Rennsteig (5 km). Because of the location, it provides an ideal starting point for extensive hikes. The forest bath with volleyball, mini golf and the tennis court are about 200 m away.

In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, in the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. From the private garden you can see the castle and its park.
