Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. The "Bella Vista Apartments" in Nauders consists of 5 apartments, all of which are bright and comfortably furnished. Relax after an eventful day in our fine wellness area with relaxation zone, sauna, adventure shower and infrared loungers. A secure garage for bicycles with charging and repair facilities is also available. Ski equipment can be stored in the ski room with heated boot dryer. In summer there is a barbecue in the garden.
