The Cottage of the Blanc-Moussi

The cottage was part of the farm of my grand-father. First floor : kitchen, dining and living rooms and on the second floor: sleeping room and bathroom. Wifi and Netflix are available. The cottage is situated at 6 km from Stavelot and Malmedy, in a very small village. The situation is ideal for families who would like to have a break in the middle of the country-side or if you want to go to the circuit of Spa. A lot of walks in forests are available. TV = smartTV with Netflix only Max 4 guests

Ce logement parfaitement situé offre un accès facile à tous les sites et commodités. Le 42 vient d'être entièrement rénové. c'est un appartement de plein pied, situé à côté du Ravel, à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville, à 10 minutes en voiture de Francorchamps. Vous pourrez profiter des thermes, faire de grandes balades dans les bois, découvrir la région à vélo. Un garage pour petite voiture est à votre disposition, autrement aux alentours, vous pourrez garer votre voiture gratuitement.

Charmante gîte voor rust- en natuurliefhebbers!

Voor wie rust en natuur zoekt is hier op de juiste plek. Je bevindt je hier midden in de natuur met hectaren bos in de achtertuin. Wat vroeger een stal was is nu een charmante gîte. Een typische woning in de Ardennen met veel intimiteit op enkele minuten van het formule 1 circuit. Als fanatiek trailer ken ik het bos in de achtertuin op mijn duimpje. Ik kan het iedere loop- en wandelliefhebber aanraden om er een keer te "verdwalen". Het is uiteraard ook geschikt voor mountainbikers.

Studio apartment located in Balmoral (just above the town of Spa) with huge windows to admire the view. Equipped with a brand new quality bed (queen size), a fitted kitchen, chairs, table, a bathroom, etc. It has a separate entrance, the guests can enjoy the privacy and relax. Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

Un étang est présent et il peut être parcouru avec un pédalo en été. Il est indispensable de venir avec un véhicule équipé de pneus neige en cas de neige.
