The cottage is situated at 6 km from Stavelot and Malmedy, in a very small village. The situation is ideal for families who would like to have a break in the middle of the country-side or if you want to go to the circuit of Spa. A lot of walks in forests are available. What a beautiful spot, with a beautiful garden, and a beautiful view. We loved our stay here. The peace and quiet, all the green around. Joop and Zeljko showed us around the apartment and gave us tips to visit in the surroundings. Because the temperature dropped considerably it was a bit chilly inside and Joop showed us right away how the heating worked. The apartment has everything you can wish for and the kitchen is very well equipped. And... the bathroom has a bath! I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a peaceful and quiet stay with a beautiful surrounding. There were also some nice walks right form the apartment and lovely towns 15 - 20 min drive distance. Thanks for having us and all the best Joop and Zeljko!

Beautifully restored old building with a great indoor climate. Despite humid temperatures during our stay, it was very pleasantly cool inside the 'Franse Kerk'. The apartment is very well equipped, cozy and super clean. For fun and games, there is a wide selection of board games and a great pool table. The surrounding area offers great shopping, restaurants and cafes. The surroundings of the border triangle are also fantastic for hiking and cycling. We felt completely comfortable and would come back for a 'third meal' any time.

The accommodation is very charming. We really enjoyed our short stay. Parking on site is no problem at all. Also handy is the shed where you can store the bikes. Furthermore, everything was provided as per the advertisement. Includes some cups for the coffee machine 😊 Do take into account the spiral staircase to the entrance and the steeper staircase to the sleeping area. Recommend!

Veronique's apartment is perfect. Space enough for 4 people with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms. Small nice balcony. Parking in front of the house possible. Very quiet, pleasant area. Walking distance in 15 minutes to the center of the old town. Next time I visit Maastricht, I will definitely stay with Veronique/Michelle again.

we were with our family of 4 adults in Jean-Louis' house. The house is located just outside Mamédy. From the balcony you have a beautiful view. Upon arrival we were very warmly welcomed by Jean-Louis. He gave us a tour of the house and gave tips about the area. The beds were made. Everything is in the house and you can use everything. The bbq was also ready, including the charcoal. Thanks to the good weather, we gratefully made use of it. We didn't lack anything and we had a wonderful weekend! Thank you, Jean-Louis, on behalf of all four of us. 😃😃😃😃

All bedrooms were spacious with very good beds. Location of the house is beautiful. Beautiful view of the valley where you saw the deer walking. Beautiful hiking area. We made good use of the hot tub and pool billiards. The contacts with Jelle were also positive. Always a quick response.

Check-in and check-out, as well as communication with Andreea, went smoothly. The house, pool, sauna, and garden were in a really good and well-kept condition. Due to the proximity to the next houses, there is potential for conflict if things get a bit noisy, however.
