Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Station 1

We booked Nonna's House for our first Boracay experience as a family. We opted out of the fancy hotels to experience a more homey feels for this trip. Nonna's house did not disappoint at all! The location is perfect for our purpose. We wanted a quiet and serene vacation and we got it! The Din-Iwid beach is a short walk away and is perfect for quiet and peaceful swim. The aesthetic of the house is spot on for those who wants a homey island vibe. It's not too far to stores and there's a scenic beach walk from Din-Iwid Beach to White Beach. Nonna is also very responsive. She gave us recommendations and even checked in on us regarding our stay from time to time. My cherry on top is when I left a valuable item during our early morning check out. Kuya Norlan informed me right away when he saw it and offered his help to send it back to me. Overall, great house and great people. My family loved our stay! Highly recommended to those who seek an island home away from home.

This was a great place to stay on Boracay. It was in station 3 so we only had to do a short walk to be in the tourist area but we didn't have all the crowded beaches like in station 2 and station 1. The restaurants were good. The host was very accommodating. We had a little trouble initially with the jeep not getting us close enough to the accommodation. But it was only a short walk. Would highly recommend!

Value for money! The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Super clean amd very spacious! Very accessible to small stores and safe. Wpuld love to be back

We had a perfect stay at Jeena and Jason’s place! Jason was on hand at check-in to show us around the property, and we were delighted to find cold water and coffee provided. The house was spotless and beautifully designed, featuring a stunning open-plan living room upstairs with plenty of space to relax and unwind. We loved the kitchen area, which was perfect for cooking, and felt completely at ease surrounded by the ‘jungle’ vibe—a blend of local style with high-end kitchen appliances and bathrooms with high-pressure (warm!) showers. The location is an ideal balance between remoteness and accessibility: it’s just a 10-minute walk to Dinwid Beach, yet totally peaceful enough to avoid noise from neighbours or roads. The garden area was a highlight, beautiful greenery offering a serene spot to enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend!

Overall great experience! We are 10 persons and we fit in. However, lacking blanket but still fine! So convinient

Tolle Villa mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Haus war sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der privat Strand vor der Tür ist wirklich toll, genauso wie das Resort nebenan, der day pass lohnt sich auf jedenfalls für einen gemütlichen Strand Tag. Marielou die housekeeperin war super nett und herzlich und hat für uns alles was wir wollten organisiert, danke nochmal. Auch der pick up Service den Peter organisiert hat, war wirklich sehr angenehm und schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke Peter & Marielou!

Мы с моими друзьями арендовали эту прекрасную виллу на несколько дней. На вилле есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, удивило наличие различных коктейльных бокалов. Очень удобные кровати. Бассейн с чистой водой без запаха хлорки. Очень отзывчивый персонал, готовый всегда помочь по любым вопросам. Tess и её муж тоже всегда были на связи и очень старались мне помочь с поисками моего улетевшего дрона. До пляжа и до большого супермаркета не больше 10 минут, дом расположен довольно удачно.

This stunning retreat is the ultimate choice for a serene and private escape on Carabao Island. The panoramic views are absolutely breathtaking, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. The entire home is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and exclusivity. The caretaker provided exceptional service—warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. Our 3-day, 2-night stay felt far too short. We’ll definitely return for a longer, more indulgent experience.

A lovely place in the centre of Boracay. Behind the gate was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and unwind. Close to the main beach front and all shops. Awesome staff!!! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at JJ's. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet. they have awonderful host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. It was excellent value for the price!

Klarisse was an amazing host, and we had a great stay in her apartment, which was comfortable and very cosy. It’s a great place for both short and long term stays, with everything you need. Every small issue we encountered was resolved instantly by the host, and she provided many additional comfort features just for us, which we really appreciated. The internet was fast enough (100 Mbps) for work, and thanks to the power generator in the building, the blackout on the island wasn’t an issue for us. Highly recommended, and we’d be more than happy to come back to this place!

Our boracay trip will never be complete without staying at Hershey's place! We had a great stay and I will recommend the place to my friends and colleagues! I will definitely be back in Boracay and definitely stay in their place. Thank you to Nic and Heshey and to their staff.

We loved our stay. The hosts and the caretaker are super accommodating. Everything is clean and pristine. It’s a trike ride away from the main beach but there are 2 small beaches in walking distance . The place is so peaceful and serene. When it's time to go, the caretaker will also call you an e-tryke so you won't have to walk to the main road. We really enjoyed our relaxed and peaceful vaccation.

El departamento cuenta con un lindo balcón con vistas a la cancha de golf y al final el mar. Tiene lo necesario para cocinar, está en muy buen estado. New Coast es un complejo de departamentos, hoteles y próximamente de viviendas, y cuenta con cancha de golf , piscina, juegos infantiles, playa propia del complejo. Se puede comprar comestibles en un Seven Eleven que se encuentra dentro de un mini centro de tiendas comerciales y restaurantes. A su vez hay 2 hoteles dentro del complejo muy lindos. Para moverse dentro del complejo hay un colectivo gratuito que te traslada internamente o si quieres puedes caminar por las sendas peatonales. A su vez el colectivo público llamado Hip On Hip Off que te lleva a cualquier lugar de la isla pasa cada 15 minutos x enfrente de los departamentos (recomiendo moverse con ellos dado el bajo costo y comodidad). La gente del complejo es muy servicial y amable. Sin dudas volvería.

Danny's Den is a quiet and budget-friendly place in Boracay, ideal for travelers who don’t mind walking a bit. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the main road. The room was simple but clean, and the place overall has a calm, local vibe. It's far from the crowds, which some people may like. The host was kind and helpful during our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, no-frills stay and don’t mind being away from the busy areas, this could be a good option. Just be prepared for the walking distance.🙏🏻☺️

Martin's place is a 2-3min walk to the quieter side of Station 3 beachfront. Clear instructions were provided on how to get to the accommodation that looked like the pictures. Would recommend if you are looking to stay at the less crowded part of the beaches.

it was a really great place to stay! very homey, very spacious, kuya is one call away, the host always checks on us, it is really good place to stay specially if you have a dog, my dog feels at home right away, the house is clean when we arrive. they have hot and cold shower 😊 though it is not advisable to stay here if you are travelling with old people, the location is in high place, the way is really steep and it is also quite far from the center of boracay, took us around 35 - 45 mins walk to reach dmall. but overall it is a very cozy place to stay, they even let us do a late check out without additional fees! so worth it!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachside gem! The location couldn’t have been better just steps from the ocean with stunning views and easy access to local restaurants and shops. The property was clean, well-equipped, and cozy perfect for a relaxing getaway. What really made our stay exceptional was the host. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly stood out and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

The place was great! Very convenient to the beach front, dmall and other restaurants like Jasper’s it’s just a 5mins walk from the accommodation. Staff was friendly and helpful too in booking a trike going to the port. No hassle in checking in early as long as you advise them ahead of time. The room was perfect to accommodate the 5 of us. Worth the price.

The place is spacious and conveniently located near White Beach and D’Mall, making it easily accessible. The host was very responsive, promptly addressing our questions and concerns. Highly recommended!
