We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

The condominium's leisure area has an excellent structure and great equipment to meet the needs of all guests. Eduardo is a polite, spectacular, brilliant, supportive and helpful host, as he provides all the necessary information to guests. Enrico's place is a 💎 in São Miguel do Gostoso. It is close to the beach and you can walk to the strip where the restaurants are located. The house itself is great, with a lovely swimming pool to relax. The communication was easy and the lady helping locally was really great. I definitely recommend his place.

The apartment is Excellent! We loved our time staying at Carmen's apartment. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walked. In addition, Carmen was so careful that she even left some treats for us, like beer and cold cuts. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we needed something, Carmen responded promptly. If we return to Natal, we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Excellent cost-benefit! Near the center (not 10 min walking) and far enough away for the night to be quiet! You can do everything by walk! I went to the chapadão (+-30min) and to the Madero beach (+-40min) quietly. The pool is outstanding for the post beach to relax! And the space of the apartment is also very good!
