The area is ideal for hiking and cycling with a large number of trails on the Czech and Bavarian side. There is a separate 60m2 apartment with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. With the number of 4 people, there is another bedroom with a separate bathroom. There is also an outdoor area of the courtyard with full amenities, including a seating area and a grill.

In the second spacious room there is a kitchen fully equipped with appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, coffee maker), as well as a dining table for 4 people, sofa bed, desk and TV. Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied.
