Plenty of silverware, glassware, and kitchen utensils provided. 2 car garage. Big yard. Close to everything you need. Walmart, Target, Midland Park Mall, HomeDepot, Staples, DollarTree, PetSmart, Saltgrass, Texas Roadhouse, Sonic, Wendys, ChickFila, Starbucks, Wingstop. Everything is right close!

“Feels like a house” ~ Honored Guest Our property is near I-20 and is a convenient place to get some rest while traveling! We live in a very safe neighborhood and our neighbors our dear friends to us! We are about 30-40mins from Midland and 20-30ins from Big Spring, TX! We have coffee, tea, a toaster, microwave, mini oven stove, fridge, freezer, WiFi & TV with A fire stick, etc! We have a super big driveway so we can easily accommodate large vehicles and trucks towing boats or trailers!

Our unit is newly renovated, and offers free Wi-Fi. new appliances, and microwave, fresh linens and towels, as well as extras located in closet with iron/ironing board. Bedroom has Queen bed , desk, and each room has Amazon Fire smart TV w/ remote to access multiple streaming apps. A small patio is located off living area where parking lot is clearly visible to see your vehicle. Laundry on-site short walk away.

It has a kitchen with all the amenities in a five star resort, laundry space with a new washer and dryer, and entertainment area with Roku (Hulu, NetFlix, and Apple TV). The unit includes the best Reverse Osmosis Systems drinking water filter system money can buy. We have a high end split A/C unit, so you will not be subjugated to someone else’s desired temperatures, or the expensive hotel's low end units.

Upstairs we host “The Pilots lounge” Space has updated full kitchen. just a few blocks from the mall and within five minutes of 15 different restaurants. Space has plenty of natural light. backyard with a covered porch. Great space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the park.
