This is a farm house style studio apartment above an office space. The studio is one block from Main Street shops and restaurants and it is a 10 min walk to the lake. There are seven restaurants, several pubs and two breweries within a 5 min walk. The apartment has a 12 foot deck with a table that overlooks the city skyline. Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. Please use satellite imagery:). There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk.
