Entire Rental Unit- Close to Woodstock Hospital

JamareeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Me and my wife stayed here to go to Niagara. It looks absolutely amazing just like the pictures. Initially we were caught off guard by the child in the driveway which I assume is the owners child and the open garage and initially passed by the place thinking that wasn’t the place(it was). I’ll take the blame since hadn’t read the description but I was more concerned about the reviews and the actual look of the place. Overall, once I got over my personal preference, I cannot lie this Airbnb was phenomenal. I told my wife word for word I would pay to live in an actual apartment like this!! I would stay again!
A sandy beach extends along the shoreline, dotted with scattered driftwood and pebbles. Gentle waves lap against the grey sands, while a cloudy sky looms overhead. The atmosphere reflects a calm and serene setting, ideal for leisurely walks or quiet contemplation by the water.

The Ice House

I loved my stay here - the home itself is located right at the mouth of Lake Erie and theres so much to do right in your own back yard - with a sandy area, water, reading, bbq’ing, tanning or anything else on the big back deck. The only hard thing was not being able to pick which nearby places to visit! A 2 minute walk to a small cafe or taco place, Port Bruce beach, and a light tower. Or a 20 minute drive over to Port Stanley which has the cutest small town to shop in, a lakefront, restaurants, brewery and more! A bike ride or short drive to Port Burwell to see local museum and beach town, a hike in one of the many local conservation areas and parks, or bird watching! I would recommend and plan to stay again!

Lake view dome

CassiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A magical forest escape beside Lake Erie! The cozy dome tent was the perfect spot to relax, hike, read (great books provided!), and work on my crochet. The trails were beautiful, and the view of the lake—accessible by a hike that brings you to Port Glasgow—was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed quiet mornings with coffee, peaceful afternoons under the trees, and evenings by the campfire. The wildlife is incredible. I even saw a Deer and her baby!! The small kitchen was impressively well-stocked, and the compost toilet and bathroom were clean and thoughtfully designed. Early June brought plenty of lake flies after the rain, so future guests—bring bug spray! Still, the peace and beauty of the place far outweighed the buzzing. Thankfully they were not mosquitoes and do not bite. I left feeling rested, inspired, and already dreaming of a return visit. Highly recommend for anyone needing a nature-filled reset. It is clear that Abraham has put a lot of care into the space.

lost + found under the pines

Rose and Frank’s place was so lovely. Rose was a kind, welcoming host and communication was great. The place was spotless and exactly as pictured. It also has truly everything you could need; it’s very thoughtfully set up! There were also so many other sweet, thoughtful, unexpected touches that made us feel so welcomed. It felt like Rose was excited to host us and really wanted us to have a truly relaxing weekend. The house is on Rose and Frank’s property, but it feels very private and separate. The windows have blinds if needed, but it was so nice to have them all open to let the breeze in! The fire pit area is very nicely set up, too. Comfy chairs and a very comfy hammock! The perfect place to read during the day. The whole property is quiet, beautiful, and peaceful. We definitely plan on coming back! (Written by Tarah—for some reason I can’t write it from my account! :))
An open kitchen features a large wooden island complemented by dark cabinetry. Above, modern pendant lights hang, illuminating the space. A cozy seating area is visible, with a mustard-colored couch adorned with patterned cushions. Small potted plants line the countertop, adding a touch of greenery.
