The host staff was excellent- very responsive and informative! The property was very private, clean, and comfortable. The host provided every basic amenity needed - coffee, coffee filters, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc. There was plenty of toilet paper & paper towels, regular towels, & beach towels. There are also most of the toys you’ll want to- fishing gear, pool toys, & swim gear. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

stay was fantastic. only things I would have a (complaint) about would be there is nothing to hold onto while getting in the pool and the master bedroom has 1 outlet per side due to no ceiling lights. otherwise absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be staying again.

Loved the stay, very clean and quite area

Sam and Sheri were incredibly responsive. The house was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Our weekend was planned with outdoor activities in the nearby area, however the weather did not cooperate with much of those plans. Still, we had an enjoyable stay as we were able to relax in our home away from home. Highly recommend to all!

I had a wonderful stay at this riverfront Airbnb! The property was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing escape. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating—easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. One of the highlights was having access to kayaks right on the river. We spent hours paddling, taking in the calm waters and stunning nature views. The outdoor space was perfect for unwinding, with a great spot to sit and enjoy the breeze off the water. The home itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. You can tell the hosts put care into the little touches, which made it feel extra welcoming. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway with some fun and adventure right at your doorstep, I definitely recommend this place. Would absolutely stay again!

Nice home in centralized location, close to stores and restaurants while also being near parks and walking trails. Within one hour driving distance of major destinations as well. The heated pool was excellent and got up to temperature within a few days. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and our dogs loved the patio area and fenced-in yard. Hosts were helpful and very responsive. Perfect spot for a small group, family, or those just looking for a cozy home away from home.

We loved our stay at Jose’s place! The house was immaculate. Had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. His place is very close to the restaurants and shopping centers. Will definitely be back!!

Jessica’s home was extremely beautiful and very accommodating. Our home was very thought out based on the needs of future renters. The pool was amazing and the beds were extremely comfortable. We felt right at home.

The pool was spacious and super fun, but my favorite part was all of the different wildlife in the area. The property is up against what looks like a protected forest area. Waking up with my morning coffee to sand hill cranes and turkeys that come right up to the screened in lanai has made this Airbnb by far my favorite! The home is super spacious inside, the hosts are very responsive and you can tell the cleaners take extra time between guests to make sure everything is spotless. I was really impressed.

We have stayed multiple times at Joann’s and it never disappoints. Clean, close to nature and oh so comfortable.

Traveled with a basketball team for a tournament and the house was perfect. The guys enjoyed the games.

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay at Serendipity! It was the perfect place to relax, do some fishing and go paddling in search of the local wildlife. During our stay we did venture out and found a local flea market at the Citrus County fairgrounds, and also visited a local winery, Sparacia & Witherell Winery, that was only 20 minutes away. We had a great time sampling their wines and taking in the beautiful view! As we were packing to go home, we both thought it would be nice to stay a week here, as it is a great place to simply get away and relax alone or with your family and your fur babies are welcome too! Thanks for the great stay Michelle!!

Erika’s space is beautiful and accommodating. The full kitchen allowed us to make meals and store things in the fridge. The pool space is large and the pool was the perfect temperature after a warm day. The bed was very comfortable as well. Erika her self checked in regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. She also made sure we had our privacy. I would highly recommended her place.

Nice little cottage tucked away and away from people very quiet and relaxing place charming cottage very clean and just big enough for two people Very easy process for our first air bnb and the owners were great to work with The yard was very nice for the dog he is older so it was just big enough for him to sniff. Location to get to things local is great and very good restaurants nearby Would recommend

Had a very relaxing and peaceful stay here for the night- wish we stayed longer! Enjoyed cooking out on the grill for dinner after kayaking down to the main river for the afternoon. Would stay again and recommend!
