Die 38 qm große Wohnung hat ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und WC (Fön, Handtücher und Duschutensilien vorhanden). Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank. Ein 1,60 m breites Bett sowie ein Schlafsofa sind vorhanden. TV und WLAN sind verfügbar.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Ausflugsziele z.B. am Bodensee sind in 30-45 Min. zu erreichen. Weiter sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Trossingen (3 km) und VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Hallo herzlich willkommen in Deißlingen. Als Gastgeberin bin ich bemüht, Ihnen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten, damit Sie sich hier wohlfühlen. Deißlingen bietet reizvolle naturbelassene oder befestigte Wald-u.Feldwege, sowie Radwege. Im Ort gibt es 2 Bäckereien, 2 Metzgereien, sowie 1 Supermarkt, die in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar sind. Ein Hotel mit Restaurant, ein Döner-Imbiss und ein gut bürgerliches Gasthaus sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

Gehen Sie in Konstanz am Bodensee shoppen oder unternehmen Sie Fahrradtouren entlang der Donau. Bei schönem Wetter genießen Sie die Strandkorb-Lounge im eigenen Gartenanteil. Auf Anfrage kann unser Grill mitbenutzt werden.

Die komplett eingerichtete Einliegerwohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Nach Rottweil, der ältesten Stadt Baden-Württembergs, sind es nur 3 Kilometer. Der Schwarzwald und die schwäbische Alb liegen direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein PKW-Stellplatz direkt am Haus steht ebenso zur Verfügung.

Traumwohnung in ehemaligem Bauernhof

Ihr Feriendomizil auf der Schwäbischen Alb befindet sich in einem 2014 vollständig renovierten und umgebauten ehemaligen Bauernhof „Lerchenhof“. Die Wohnung selbst wurde Mitte 2016 liebevoll eingerichtet, ist ca. 90 qm groß, komplett möbliert und geht über zwei Etagen. Sie liegt eigentlich ruhig im zu Balingen gehörenden Ort Erzingen und mit sehr guter Anbindung an die B27.
