Loved this place! It’s tucked away and so peaceful, with a very short walk to the beach. Barry provided a lot of items most Airbnbs don’t, such as beach chairs, a boogie board, and miscellaneous necessary toiletries. It was a great stay, definitely thinking of coming back to stay again!!

had a wonderful time at the Carmen fishing cottage.Pam is a great host beautiful view from the cottage of the river in the morning,no one bothered us while we were there and staff was very helpful when asked. looking forward to our next visit which we already booked

This place is in such a great location. Walking distance to most of the Cocoa Beach Attractions, including the Pier. Stayed in the Duplex, it was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

my boyfriend and i came to this lovely cottage to celebrate our anniversary at the beach! this was one of the most amazing airbnbs i’ve ever stayed in, mostly because of the privacy and beauty of the yard. however, this place is also a two minute walk from the beach. it’s so incredibly convenient, especially at this price point. lastly, this cottage was clean and had everything you may need - from kitchen utensils to beach items to aloe for your sunburn. i highly recommend this place to everyone !!

The house was awesome, and Rick was a great host. There was a problem with the water pump during my stay, but he had water jugs and buckets outside the door.

This was the perfect stay for our time in FL! We had such a great time! 😃 Super comfortable sleeping arrangement, all the basic kitchen & cooking items we needed, perfect amount of space, super convenient to the beach, private fenced in area and it was really clean. The hosts were responsive and had great recommendations for local spots. Hope to stay here again!

Colleen went above and beyond for us with a super last minute one night stay. She was proactive in messaging me back and was so caring about an issue we had with our first Airbnb. The interior of the home was immaculate and for being a "tiny" home she had it perfectly arranged to in order to feel very spacious. The beds were comfy, the whole home was inviting and well stocked. Check in and check out were a breeze. Thank you Colleen for being an awesome hostess!

This genuinely peaceful ranch is a relaxing place to unwind. I was probably most impressed by the cleanness of the cabin (no bugs!). I spent most of my time away, sightseeing, but would have liked to have had the time to walk the grounds and feed the horses and goats. The cabin is well-stocked with just about everything you can need, and although it does not list a kitchen, there are appliances in the cabinets under the sink that can be used for cooking. If you're familiar with how to use a mini split (the wall mounted A/C) and the stove-like heating unit then you will be in business quickly when it comes to making the cabin comfortable. I eventually figured them out after some fiddling. Don't forget the fan in the central ceiling light as well. I will echo the caution in other reviews about the top bunk bed since it requires a certain amount of fitness to clamber up into it, and especially down from it. I would have slept in a lower bed but they were not long enough for me.

Absolutely loved this place! Very clean and cute. Quiet neighborhood. And a short drive to the local beaches. Would highly recommend for a couple looking for a short getaway.

If you are into permaculture and want to be inspired by the development of a new farm in Florida, this is the place to go!

Venus and David were very responsive and kind. Wonderful, peaceful airbnb. Lovely neighborhood. Minutes away from Cocoa Village and the beaches. We would definitely stay again.

Kim was very responsive to any questions we had regarding our stay. The place was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. The resort was very nice, clean and quiet. We will definitely come back.
