Vacation rentals with lake access in Space Coast

We rented this house very last minute when we had plumbing issues at our own house. Josh responded to our booking request within minutes. We had an AC issue on the 2nd night and Josh responded right away and came over to fix it. The house was very clean, quiet and simple. We were comfortable. We have family from out of state that comes to the area often and we will recommend this house for future visits.

This location was a gem! Beautiful scenery and lots of space. The house accommodated us perfectly and we had a great time! Very large pool that my kids and young adult children enjoyed. Beautiful house with a game room that came in handy with the few rainy days we had. Always had entertainment. I really appreciated the two large tables one inside and one outside so I could bring the family together for dinner.

Amazing spot right by the water super cozy home to rent, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud!!! Enough space to cook in the kitchen all & all it was a great stay!!

I am very familiar with the area around Charles’s place as we usually stay with an elderly aunt one block over. I’ve always wondered what the canals were like and I’m so glad we stayed at Charles’s place to enjoy the wildlife and scenery — alligator, manatees galore, huge crane, etc. The house was newly updated and immaculate. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back next year. I don’t usually have a preference to stay in a place more than once but this home was just perfect.

Was looking for a place to accommodate a group of 6 on a business trip. This place was wonderful! I would definitely book again for my own personal vacation! Cindy is a wonderful host!

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

This is a cute little place. Very clean, close to the beach, food, and shopping. I would certainly stay here again, the price was great, the accommodations were lovely.

Robin's location in South Cocoa Beach, on the Banana River, is phenomenal. Robin was always responsive and communicative. She went out of her way to accommodate a few special requests. We loved being able to launch our paddleboard and kayak in the backyard. We saw dolphins and water birds every day and saw a rocket launch one night. Robin told us about great restaurants in the area and the timing of the rocket launch. It was nice to have the dryer to dry clothes since we were in the water much of the time. The closest public beach access is easily walkable. It had construction going on, but it wasn't too far to a quieter spot a block or two down. We enjoyed daily paddles and easy walks during our visit. For sleeping comfort, we asked for the thermostat to be lowered at night since that cannot be done from inside the room. The walls, shared with the house, are kind of thin, but blackout curtains and fan (for white noise) made the bedroom more comfy. Overall great spot!

Sue’s place was wonderful! We loved the deck off our place. We enjoyed breakfast there. Also very excited to see a dolphin and 3 manatees in the waterway just off our deck!!! The apartment was very nice and comfortable. We definitely will want to stay there again.

Had a nice stay. The place is a bit small, but we weren’t there too much anyway. It’s a nice, cozy place by the water which is what we needed it for. Has all the amenities we needed and Kelly was great at communicating.

would highly recommend renting a vacation spot through Michelle. She and her staff provide excellent customer service and are quick to respond to questions or any needs.

Penny’s cottage was the perfect place for a quiet get away. Penny was on vacation herself but she still made sure we had every thing we needed. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location and close to everything. We would definitely come back. Thank you Penny for a wonderful stay!

Brenda’s home was amazing. We felt at home and it was exactly the time we needed to recharge. Brenda and I talked a bit the first day about the history and things to do in the area. She was incredibly responsive to messages, her yard on the water is so beautiful. We saw dolphins, sting rays and alligators right off the dock. We will be back! Thank you!!

Estoy muy contenta con lugar súper hermoso y limpio. Es el lugar perfecto para desconectar y conectar con la naturaleza. Vivo en Puerto Rico y definitivamente volvería a quedar en ese lugar sin dudarlo. Gracias Shannon.
