Cabin vacation rentals in South Fork American River

Last minute trip was a great success! My family loves visiting Tahoe city and this location served the kids and the adults well. Lots of games and plenty of activities for family fun. Hot tub was a huge bonus! We’d definitely return to this lovely and perfectly decorated home

Beautiful cabin decor throughout. The lower level theater room was really fun. Pet friendly and really nice views off the back deck. Thank you for a really nice stay, we want to come back in the Winter.

We enjoyed the stay at Tina's place. Her house is in a quite neighborhood and very close to the sugar pine point state park. Tina provided very detailed check-in instruction and the place is well-equipped (you can even use the bikes from the shed). We had an issue with the hot water from the shower and she quickly communicated back and arranged for the fix. I recommend to stay in this place.

We absolutely loved the place and can’t wait to rebook! House was super spacious and beautiful location! Lots for the kids to do while the adults had a separate space to unwind! Hosts were extremely responsive and provided all of the information we needed for an enjoyable stay!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful and restorative weekend away at Elizabeth’s cabin. We loved the decor, well stocked kitchen, and relaxing among the trees in the hot tub. Elizabeth was an excellent host and quick to respond. We also appreciated her local recommendations for wine tasting and hikes. Awesome gem in Camp Connell and would love to stay again.

Wonderful value in great location in the woods. Lean and friendly with some games and a hot tub. Ten min walk to the beach. Adorable cabin with everything you need! Loved that we didn’t have to run around for supplies as soon as we got there. Great layout and comfortable beds. Would be nice to have local recommendations for things to do and a couple of extra blankets for the couch. Great host with fast communication. Thanks for letting us use your home. Lovely cabin in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood. Walkable to a couple restaurants, yummy market and private beach. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals and it was nice to have some games and kids books for our young child. Chris was very proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

This cabin was a great place to stay and unwind. The highlight for us was the hot tub which we used through out our stay and access to the private lake. The cabin was situated in a quiet area where we woke up every morning to birds chirping and the warm sun. Great amenities! Only downside was the yard had not been mowed and we could not use the fire pit at night. Other than that Will was a great host who was quick to answer questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely will come back again

Дом был просто великолепен!Очень все чисто,простое заселение,близко к озеру.В доме было все необходимое.Огороженный задний двор был очень кстати,так как мы были с собакой.Прожили в доме 5 дней и даже не хотели уезжать,так все понравилось!Место очень тихое,спокойное для семейного отдыха.На заднем дворе над камерой видео наблюдения у птиц есть гнездо,каждый день за ними наблюдали,четыре птенца такие милые)Обязательно еще вернемся в этот прекрасный дом зимой.Спасибо хозяину за теплый прием!

We absolutely loved this cabin! It was perfect for our family of 4. My favorite moments of our stay were relaxing meals on the deck, walking among the Big Trees, and enjoying everything BLS recreation has to offer. The cabin is in a convenient location, yet feels private since it is surrounded by trees. Adam is a fantastic host- friendly, helpful, and informative. Highly recommend!

Great location and space! This was a trip for me and my husband and this was a great choice for the two of us. The space was beautiful and the location was great. We walked to restaurants and shops, it was a perfect combination of enough things nearby without being swamped with tourists. Neighbors were friendly and host was very responsive. Would love to stay here again!

First of all, I can’t say enough about the host. She is the best I have ever dealt with. Was running low on a few things and she responded and brought them immediately. The cabin itself is so cozy and homey. We we are from this area but have moved away and came back for a wedding. Really enjoyed staying there in the beauty of the trees and we even got a little thunderstorm. Love all the wildlife that comes around. A perfect place to stay iPollock Pines.

We all loved the house, the surroundings, and peaceful/quiet setting. It was comfortable, clean, well stocked, etc. Everything regarding our stay was A+! The pool table was a big hit too. Don & Cynthia are extremely helpful & went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our group had a wonderful time and we would love to come back. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home.

Lindas A-frame is adorable!!! After traveling down from Montana, her cabin was perfect for relaxing & bed beyond comfortable. Lindas home is very accomodating...everything you need. I would definitely stay again and my family as well. Its a perfect retreat!! Very organized too!!!

Easy check-in & check-out instructions. Close to shopping, White Pines Lake, Calaveras Big Trees State Park, Bear Valley & Lake Alpine. Camp Connell General Store was a fun place to get afternoon ice cream. Cozy and comfortable, exceeded the photos, instantly respectfully felt at home. Loved the no shoes rule. The kitchen was enjoyable to cook in, beautiful butcher block counter top, everything you need to get meals done, and the refrigerator is plenty roomy, well kept and clean. Extra large kennel for use. Large fenced yard for ourselves & doggies to enjoy! Cute patio set to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast in the beautiful alpine setting. Safe and secure neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Blissfully pleasant stay, felt relaxed and rejuvenated upon our return home. Big Trees Village Pass was a bonus! We had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, houses far apart, chicken and donkeys in the distance. The house was comfortably furnished. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, the exercise equipment, and the electronic fire place. The egg chair and generous provision of blankets were a highlight with my daughters. Beds were comfortable. The host was extremely sweet and responsive. Thank you so much! We look forward to coming back soon. :)

Absolute perfection! A quaint country cottage on shared acreage but you are welcome to enjoy/use the main house and grounds. Quiet, charming, nicely kept up with a very much appreciated gift basket, morning coffee and mini fridge in room. Loved the fire stove to keep the night chill out and add a romantic ambience. Will definitely return if ever in need of a stay in the area - can't recommend enough!

What a lovely experience at this property! The working ranch with a vineyard, creek,chickens,alpaca, goats and even a few puppies was refreshing! It was so thoughtful of the host to give us fresh eggs and a bottle of homemade wine! The veranda style deck, hot tub and expansive views of the mountains was so relaxing. The house had plenty of rooms to have your own space yet areas where we could all gather with great views. I would definitely stay here again! Just lovely!

Perfect place if you're looking to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet. Stunning views all over and a beautiful large deck to enjoy it all. Loved cozying up around the fire at night too.

A little gem - this place felt very updated, modern and peaceful. Really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host who provided well thought-out detailed instructions ahead of my trip. Lots of towels, toiletry, nice coffee maker, large comfy bed. Even though the area has lots of housing, felt very private and close to nature thanks to beautiful trees around and large deck. Hope to be back one day!

This was a wonderful stay for our girls bachelorette party. The pictures were accurate and the place was very clean. A great getaway! The cabin design and location were perfect!
