Nefeli is a brand new 47 sqm apartment (finished on April 2020) with spectacular view of Argostoli gulf and the whole area. The 35 sqm veranda with the magnificent view is unforgatable. In the capital of the island with all the city's choices available for you on walking range, but also away enough from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The boutique villa Sensi close to Lepeda beach, (20 meters walk), outside Lixouri (2 km away) is opening in July 2023. It is absolutely new and modern, comfortable, luxurious, not missing anything, promising journeys in the world of sensations. (as sensi means sensations in Italian). Sensi is a gorgeous villa of 180 sqm in two levels communicated with indoors and outdoors stairs. It is set in an olive grove (hence its logo) in a estate of 23.000 sqm with direct access to the beach!
