Here, you’ll be staying close to everything on Kökar. To the ferry terminal, 2 km; to the church, 2.5 km; to Otterböte, 800 meters; to a store and restaurant, 1.5 km. There is a bird-watching spot 200 m (656 ft) from the house, or why not sit under the roof on the porch and watch the birds in Överbodaviken? 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, plus a sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, A/C, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine. Patio facing east, south/west. Bed linens and towels are included.

Hojars Seaside Cottage is a charming cottage with beautiful water views and a balcony. Located next to a cottage village but with its own entrance for privacy. The cottage village offers a sauna (€28/hour), boat and kayak rental and a kiosk/restaurant for a fee. Barbecue area, bathing jetty, disc golf and shower are available free of charge. The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, double bed (or 2 single beds for 3–4 people), living room and barbecue on the balcony. Toilet on the property, shower in the cottage village. Perfect for a nature experience near the sea!

Self check in. Old real summer cottage. LOW to ceiling and 170 to door post, watch your head! Drinking water is collected from outside the house! Outdoor shower, you heat the water yourself, outdoor toilet. Own farm, not private location, you will see us pass. Genuine country experience without running water in. The cottage does not have a direct view, located between several buildings. Guest bed = 3 people. If possible: a wood-fired sauna can be rented for €10/2-hour bath, and bicycles for €15/stay. BEDLINEN can be rented on site 9€/st, advise before!

Guesthouse Agnes

The house is located on a lakeside property pretty much in the center of Kökar, with most things close by. The host couple live close to the rental property. There is a lot of activity on the property, and the rural feel is enhanced by the fact that Ruben the rooster crows in the mornings. We also have a very affectionate cat named Miss Ellie, who is a Siberian cat. Access to the pool is available in the summer and is shared with the host couple. There is a barbecue area.

Listen to the rich bird life, swans swimming around with their gray downy young, seagulls and seabirds talking to each other, it's never completely quiet. Absolutely amazing, you won't get any closer to nature than this. Tent sauna in the evening sun right by the water.
