Un logement très spacieux et bien équipé. Beaucoup de rangements pour les vêtements dans les chambres. Les équipements correspondent bien à l’annonce. Un endroit magnifique et calme du Lido avec un balcon vue sur mer. Les bus à proximité ce qui permet d’aller aux vaporettos facilement. Une très bonne communication avec nos hôtes qui ont été très réactifs et sympathiques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Venise et dans ce logement magnifique ✨💯 Tout était parfait.

Die Wohnung entsprach komplett der Beschreibung und war perfekt für unseren Badeurlaub zu dritt. Danielle war sehr gut erreichbar und hat sich sehr schnell unseren Anliegen angenommen und diese gelöst. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Si buscar ir a Venezia si es un poco complicado y lejos, pero si buscar un lugar bonito, tranquilo y donde pasarla bien, es el lugar indicado, aun así es posible moverse a Venezia, solo que los tickets no son tan fácil de encontrar en cualquier lado

Ho soggiornato alla Maison Sugar dal 02 Maggio al 04 Maggio 2025 con i miei due ragazzi! Quando ho prenotato, questa casetta mi ha colpito fin da subito x bellezza...nostre necessità e posizione. Il signor Massimo, primo contatto,mi ha dato fiducia e serenità per partire. Sul posto ci ha accolto la sua mamma Marisa, che abita al piano terra! Una donna deliziosa! Ci siamo trovati molto ma molto bene! Casetta nuova pulita e silenziosa! È in un punto strategico di Sottomarina! In un attimo anche a piedi sei al mare e a Chioggia! La casetta è servita di tutto.. dal bagno, alla cucina alla zona notte! Non devi portare altro che te stesso! Ringraziamo Massimo, ci ha fatto trovare tre biciclette pronte all' uso, e Mamma Marisa una Vera Signora. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI SOGGIORNARE QUI !🌟

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso questa fantastica villa immersa nel verde. La proprietaria gentilissima e la comunicazione molto veloce ed efficace. L’appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo, perfettamente arredato e dotato di qualsiasi confort. Ad attenderci all’arrivo anche un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto, molto gradito. La piscina riscaldata nel bellissimo giardino veramente splendida. Super consigliato, sicuramente torneremo.

Die Panorama Suite von Alessio hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war genau so, wie beschrieben. Für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend und mit modernen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Bett ist bequem und man schläft gut. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Mare Vostrum. Alessio hat uns am Eingang der Insel abgeholt und uns zur Wohnung gebracht. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und sich sehr um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht. Wir können ihn uneingeschränkt als Gastgeber weiter empfehlen! Wir kommen bestimmt im nächsten Jahr wieder. Wir haben uns in Alessios Wohnung wie zuhause gefühlt.

La casa, indipendente, è centralissima e molto carina, con tutto quello che serve. Jolena è molto gentilie e disponibilissima.

La Casetta Rossa offre una posizione strategica per accedere alla via ciclabile lungo il Po. È l’ideale per chi vuole visitare la foce del Po ma nello stesso tempo rilassarsi. Infatti è immersa nel verde e molto silenziosa. Comodissimi i letti king-size. Locali molto ampi.

Tolle Wohnung mit direkt angrenzender Bademöglichkeit hinter dem Garten. Die Essmöglichkeit im gedeckten Wintergarten war mit genügend Sitzgelegenheiten und ideal zu jeder Tageszeit. Von den zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder nutzten wir eines, die restlichen haben wir selber mitgenommen, was sehr empfehlenswert ist um die Insel zu erkunden. Leo war zudem immer sofort erreichbar wenn wir ihn benötigten oder irgendwelche Fragen hatten. Unser Aufenthalt war grossartig und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmals.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal in dem Haus am Vena Kanal... einfach bezaubernd, immer wieder wunderbar... total italienisch! Diese Lage ist einfach ein Traum! Lucie und Gianni waren sehr nett, immer erreichbar, haben rasch auf Fragen reagiert und brauchbare Anweisungen gegeben... die Kommunikation hat super geklappt! Wir kommen wieder!!! Struttura molto pulita ed accogliente con tutti i servizi! In caso di dubbi o perplessità è stato sempre attivo, peccato esserci stato solo per una notte perché era come essere a casa! Consiglio a chiunque, quella struttura a quel prezzo non è da perdere! Ringrazio ancora tantissimo per tutta la disponibilità dell'host!

Belle maison pratique et simple ideal pour des vacances en famille. Idealement situee a equidistance (30 minutes) de la belle plage de sottomarina, de Venise et de Padoue. Nous avons passé un excelent sejour.

Die Casa della Nonna war eine super Location. Mitten in der Altstadt, aber mit viel Platz auf 3 Stockwerken. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche (inkl. Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Schäler) und im Bad. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspülmaschine u.v.m... Die Klimaanlage war super, sodass wir uns etwas kühlen konnten. Insgesamt machte das Haus einen sehr persönlichen Eindruck mit liebevoll gestalteter Dekoration und Gastgeschenken. Paolo und Mariella waren außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

We had the most incredible stay! it was so easy to get to from the ferry and such a great home base for exploring the city. We would definitely come back!

This is a pure gem in the very heart of Venice. It’s a classic Airbnb, not an emptied apartment, and that only adds to the charm. It is just perfect, and I can only hope I will find it available when I want to return to Venice.

We stayed in Fabiola's apartment for one night and only negative was not having more time to spend at least another day exploring the city! Very nice location, a few steps away from the canal but close to plenty nearby cafes and restaurants. We took the Alilaguna straight from the airport to Guglie which was convenient even with 3 kids and luggage 😊 Fabiola had arranged an easy check-in proactively. Spacious place for two but as we spent very little time inside it was enough for 5 as well. Baby bed, super nice bathroom, clean kitchen and access direct from the street. All in all very neat but still authentic Venice feel 😊

Authentic and exquisite. Every room featured stunning Murano glass chandeliers. The space was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed with great amenities. Located in a quiet, peaceful area, it offered a perfect retreat. The host went above and beyond—graciously guiding us when we had trouble finding the location and helping us navigate the water taxis. So kind and helpful throughout our stay.

This place was exactly as described and the host gave incredibly helpful directions before we arrived, including videos, and there were clear directions in the apartment. The apartment itself is in a great, quiet location, and it is really nice and also immaculate! I highly recommend this place if you’re in Venice

We had an unforgettable week in this stunning 2-bedroom apartment just steps from the iconic Rialto Bridge. The location could not have been better — right in the heart of Venice, with easy access to everything from charming local cafes and restaurants to vaporetto stops and hidden alleyways waiting to be explored. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus for our longer stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can't recommend this place enough — it was the perfect base for our Venetian adventure. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

El aparatamento es tal cual la descripción. Está ubicado a 15 min caminando de la plaza de St. marco. El departamento está impecable y muy cómodo, cerca de vía Garibaldi, donde hay restaurantes y es agradable pasear. No hay tantos turistas, detalle que nosotros agradecimos, el ambiente es más local. Nos sentimos muy seguros en toda nuestra estancia y con muy buena comunicación con Silvia. Súper agradable! Regresamos a Venecia y seguro a este apartamento!
