Federico’s apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and it had everything what we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. Hot shower and air conditioning worked perfectly. It is located twenty minutes walk to the public beach and it has a parking very convenient and easy!

Emanuela and Andreas were definitely super hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us and communication was excellent giving us peace of mind. The apartment was wonderful in the most amazing location.

Small flat in Chioggia, very very close to the ferry terminal for line 11 (ferry+bus) direction Lido di Venezia. Everything ok. Communication with Matteo was excellent. Instructions for check-in very detailed. The flat is one room at street level, with kitchen corner and a bathroom. All good, affordable price, I would definitely stay again. As a suggestion I would change the bathroom sink which is very small, and provide a kettle too.

Great location for us, 10 mins away from free beach and 10 mins to ferry. And the view, what can I say it’s spectacular!! Would definitely book again if staying on lido.

We arrived to a very warm and friendly welcome by Beatrice. There was safe and spacious gated parking with a remote provided. We always had room with a large car to turn around in the parking area before opening the gate and entering the street. The apartment was spacious and with many extras provided. The washing machine was easy and plenty of undercover porch area for hanging clothes. There was a grocery store nearby and Padua center was about 40 minutes and Chioggia less than 30 (by car). It was definitely a bargain for the area and we would highly recommend a stay.

Too bad it was cold but I loved the proximity to the sea. we should go back in summer!

The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great host. Nice quiet place to relax after a day in Venice. Also, close to the beaches. Good vale and equipped with all the needed items to cook.

The apartment is magnificent, looks even better than in the photos. This is the case when the photo can't convey the sparkling cleanliness, rationality, and coziness. Rooms are spacious, with new furniture, a comfortable large bed, quality bedding. The house itself after a recent renovation: a sparkling entrance, white staircase, elevator. The house is in a quiet street, next to restaurants with beautiful views, delicious food. The apartment has a new high-tech finish with restored beams, with nice interior details, exceptionally harmonious and stylish. Francesca is very attentive to the requests of guests, there is everything necessary for cooking, a lot of quality pans and pots, there is also oil, spices, sugar, salt. We enjoyed buying the freshest fish at the famous market and cooking it in a rationally organized kitchen. Francesca was kind and considerate to our requests, always ready to answer questions, gave clear instructions, we easily got into the house. And we will definitely come back!

Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

Excellent host, Elisa was very helpful and kind in managing our stay! Your suggestions and tips are valuable. The house is very convenient both with respect to the beaches and with respect to Chioggia, easily accessible even on foot.

We stayed 1 week in the accommodation and felt at home immediately after arrival, everything necessary available, everything very clean!). The beds - important for us best-agers - in the bedroom are very good! In the morning, we also found a cozy place for four at breakfast on the west balcony and enjoyed the tranquility. All appliances in the apartment worked well! With the bicycles available (tools for adjustment available) we explored the Lido - highly recommended. The apartment is, yes, a little outside but all the sights of Venice are easily accessible by public transport (7-day Venezia Unica ticket). You will be part of island life for a short time - a beautiful experience. Bars to hang out, supermarkets, good pizzerias in the neighborhood. We got to know Maurizio as a nice, empathetic host and thank him warmly for the good, always friendly and prompt communication. We will be happy to come back

I stayed at Paolo's place with my partner and our two children aged 4 and 1. Comfortable spaces and also suitable for young children, top terrace and attic, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Paolo is an available host, both for information and for check-in and check-out times. Los Alberoni is a wonderful place, an oasis suitable for recharging batteries! A pleasant discovery.

The apartment was perfect for four people. Everything looked very new and super tidy. We were asked every day if we wanted to clean. As a starting point, the apartment is also excellent. Great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The small village center of Dolo is charming, we were very surprised. Erika also supported us with advice and action and often offered her help. A fantastic stay and highly recommended. Only for the parking lot in front of the apartment, a few driving skills are required, especially with a larger car. :) But even that could be mastered, so that you can be in Venice 35 min later or in Chioggia 50 min later! Clear recommendation!!!!

Chioggia centro is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the property. The studio directly overlooks the seafront of Sottomarina, which makes everything very pleasant. Very useful parking, right in front of the residence. Very responsive and super friendly host. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo's apartment. The apartment was very clean, dry and fresh, everything worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed the short distance to the beach – just a few minutes walk! Massimo is an extremely friendly and nice host. We can fully recommend this place!

My stay at Regina's was great. Stay right in the city, so all services are within reach. Walks around the city were great. Apartment clean, tidy, cozy. I felt right at home. I had a good chat with her husband when I left. Nice and kind people. I recommend for a place to stay.
