Uns liegt es am Herzen, dass Sie hier eine schöne, entspannte Zeit verbringen und die Seele baumeln lassen können. Der Einstieg in die Sauerländer Waldroute ist direkt um die Ecke und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Zum Sorpesee sind es mit dem Auto wenige Minuten. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Sorpesee

Gönn dir eine Pause und entspann dich in dieser gut gelegenen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage und in direkter nähe zum Sorpesee. Fussläufig sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten bis man am Wasser ist. Das Schloss Haus Amecke und ein Golfplatz sind ebenfalls in direkter Nähe. Restaurants und eine Bäckerei sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen! Es gibt ein großes Bett welches Platz für 2 Personen bietet. Zudem kann man die Couch zum Schlafsofa umfunktionieren! Perfekt für Kinder.

WC. - 500m Fußweg bis zum See, 400m bis zum "Frische Markt", 200m bis zum "Haus des Gastes" mit Schwimmbad und Sauna. Strandbad im Sorpesee in 700m Fußweg erreicbar. Zahlreiche Gastronomie entlang am See. - Mindestbelegung 3 Nächte. - Leider gibt es keinen Abstellraum für Fahrräder, diese müssen am oder im Auto bleiben.

Sie ist überdacht und 45 qm groß; ein idealer Platz zum Entspannen und den herrlichen Blick auf das Sauerland zu genießen. Die Stellplätze vor dem Haus sind nun fertiggestellt. Man kommt barrierefrei direkt ins Haus und in die Wohnung. Eine sichere Unterbringung für Fahrräder und E-Bikes ist vorhanden

Früher beherbergte sie Kühe, heute bietet die ökologisch umgenutzte Wohnung großzügigen und hellen Ort für unsere Gäste, mit eigenem Eingang und riesiger überdachter Terrasse nach Westen. Ab und an könnten dir ein Trecker, ein Pferd oder Hühner begegnen. Hinter unserem Hof kannst du sofort los wandern. Ein gutes Wander- und Radfahrgebiet und der Sorpesee erwarten dich.

Frisch renoviert, Fertigstellung 2024. Seeblick und Privatweg zur Promenade (keine 5 Minuten Fußweg) Nah am See und doch schön ruhig gelegen. Das Haus wurde kernsaniert und komplett neu eingerichtet. Größe ca. 50 m2. Zimmer: Wohnzimmer und offene Küche, Schlafcouch, Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, Fernseher. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ( 160 x 200 cm) Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche Balkon: Mit Tisch, 4 Stühlen und 2 Liegen. Von außen nicht einsehbar.
