The house is set in 4 acres of terraced land, planted with olive, almond and fruit trees. We are in rural area of Spain where life is very laid back so a great place to relax, walk, read and recharge. The village of Lubrin is a traditional Spanish village with a couple of bars for tapas, and shops for your basics.

This cozy vacation home is located away from the tourist hustle. Embedded in a beautiful unspoilt landscape, you can still reach the sea and its beaches in just over half an hour. Today with AC in the car, a wonderful journey. In this house you pamper yourself. The wonderful old Cortijo has been carefully renovated. The 130 m2 house is located in the small town of Gochar, near Sorbas. Where buying and drinking coffee and eating well is a pleasant reason to leave home.
