Fairytale beautiful nestled in a fantastic landscape is our new self-catering cottage on Hirschberg in Bizau, quietly located with nature at your doorstep and a magnificent tree house right on the edge of the forest for children. Parking is available right by the house. In summer and winter, you have many recreational opportunities right from the hut. From beautiful hikes, mountain tours, ski tours, wellness, snowshoe hikes, tobogganing and bobsleighing, everything is included.

Large self-catering chalet in the mountain village of Boden. The house has several bedrooms with 2-6 beds each on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a cozy parlor, a large kitchen, a lounge for games, darts and foosball, a terrace. A children's ski lift and toboggan run is right in front of the house. The nearest major ski resort is the Jöchlspitze. The Arlberg (largest and best ski resort in Austria) with Lech, St. Anton, Warth and Zürs is also just around the corner.

Our house is about 300 years old - a typical Allgäu settler house made of wood, of which there are fewer and fewer. We have extensively ecologically restored it and equipped it with all the modern comforts you could wish for: ceramic stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, oversized shower, washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc. If you heat with wood in winter, the whole house smells cozy. Clay plaster ensures a cozy indoor climate. Right on your doorstep you will find a bakery and dairy.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Badewanne und Dusche ( Dusche Höhe max.1,83 m). Einen Kellerraum für Ski, und eigener Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der PKW Stellplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Bushaltestelle - 30m entfernt

Located in the middle of the Allgäu mountains, near the Edelsberghütte: Alpine-charming with modern comfort. The most romantic of our chalets. On site, you can also be catered for during the opening hours of the hut catering. For example, with a regional breakfast, and much more. Please note that the chalet is not accessible by car (nature reserve). A transfer/luggage transport from the valley is possible on request (only during the opening days of the Edelsberg hut).

Chalet Lärche ist aufgeteilt in ein Erd- und ein Obergeschoß. Das Obergeschoß bietet mit seinem offenem Gebälk echtes Hüttenfeeling. Der Echtholzboden aus Eiche verbreitet auch barfuß eine angenehm warme Atmosphäre.
