It was 2 wonderful weeks with Rose Marie and her husband. We had a great holiday. They both know a lot about the area and what to do. The view from the balcony was beautiful, surroundings are beautiful, there is a lot to see! Highly recommend.

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

The stay is absolutely beautiful including the whole property with a beautiful garden and outdoor spaces to enjoy. We loved eating dinner one evening on the patio with a sunset view. Inma and Arturo were so helpful and welcoming. They gave us recommendations and even a tour of Jaca!

Fantastic peaceful location. We stayed here for 2 nights to recharge whilst driving from the UK to Spain. It was exactly as described. The rooms were great, upstairs very comfortable and the views were lovely. Unrestricted hot tub time was a bonus considering we arrived at 11pm after a long day of driving. The pool was refreshing, not heated but it wasn’t needed as it was the perfect temperature. Very innovative. Only one remark: The key to the property was supposed to be an electric tag but they hadn’t told us this was not working and due to be fixed. Therefore when we went out for the day we had to leave the property unlocked. Obviously concerning but the location was very safe. I’m sure others would remove one star due to this, but there was so many positives about this place it would be unfair to lower the rating.

One of the most amazing places we have stayed. Beautiful scenery, i dont even think the pictures do it justice. Amazing outside kitchen as well. Simply perfect!

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the accommodation at the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good base to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

A great location and beautiful setting. Cosy, suited the two of us. Bedroom was a little cramped and the room we were allocated made it difficult to stand up. The views are great!

We stayed here as a stopover on our way back from Spain, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly relaxing — exactly what we needed after a long drive. We brought our two dogs with us, and they settled in straight away. It’s a peaceful, welcoming place that made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!

⸻ We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Corral de l’Esquirol for three nights as part of our post-wedding getaway and it was pure magic. The house is tucked away in peaceful Basturs, surrounded by the stunning nature of the Geoparc. It felt like a true escape from the world. Christina was a wonderful host: warm, responsive and thoughtful. She arranged a late check-in and left a local cheese in the fridge as a welcome gift. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Ramon, one of the neighbours, even brought us fresh eggs and salad from his garden. The house is beautiful, spotless, cosy and full of charm. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super comfy and the views from the bedroom balcony were unforgettable. We loved having coffee there while watching eagles and vultures soar overhead. There’s plenty to explore nearby and shops are just a short drive away. We left feeling grateful and already know we’ll be back.

We loved our stay! The house is lovely - very well maintained; the kitchen was fully equipped with essentials. Overall, we had a peaceful stay surrounded by beautiful scenery. (The bay window was an absolute treat!) Highly recommend!

We come several times a year, and love Jerome's house and its exceptional environment. We hope that previous guests respect this place and leave nothing behind, which is not always the case. We took down a large bag of glass, threw away perishable food and 2 trash bags full of used toilet paper! The dishes were greasy and poorly washed. What a shame. Thank you to everyone who loves this place, takes care of it and respects the following guests. And of course we'll be back soon!!! Thank you Jérôme

We had a pleasant stay at Jeanne's place. The bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are welcoming and practical for colleagues, as is the living room on the ground floor. Jeanne was present at our arrival as well as at our departure and she kindly took the time to advise us of good places in the area. Our only regret is not having had time to enjoy the outside of the house.

Exceptional view overlooking the Sare valley, with breathtaking scenery in good weather. The cottage is large, authentic, and perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 10 people. The proximity of the GR allows you to consider a hike to the Rhune, then return to rest with peace of mind. We recommend it!

very, very clean accommodation, everything is perfect, nothing to say, Jérôme is a very attentive, kind, attentive person, we are bikers, we had some route problems, he waited for us until midnight, telling us to be careful on the road, really a nice person. Thank you again

This was our second year staying during the summer. Our three kids love the house and the upstairs area. The house is very well supplied with all you need for the stay, clean and the host is super responsive. You can find a river, activities and nature trails a short walk from the house. This place is totally worth it and will certainly stay there again.

We stayed two nights in this gorgeous old house. Very nicely located in the centre of the village next to shops, bars and restaurants. The place was massive for a couple but we chose the cosiest bedroom and had a great stay. Definitely has everything you need and a well equipped kitchen etc. Super close to hikes and such a beautiful village. Definitely recommend staying here and would be great for later groups or families too.

I couldn't go to Gavarnie and not stay at Alain's house... it's tremendously beautiful, we were very comfortable! We were able to go up to the circus three days and see it at sunset, one rainy day and one sunny day! It's a real luxury to stay at your feet and we thank Alain for making it possible. THANK YOU!

Raquel's house is extremely comfortable. Comfortable beds, good shower, screens for the windows, air conditioning, a drop-down screen and, you can park your car at the neighbor's under a shelter. And that's wonderful in these hot temperatures. There is excellent outdoor furniture (chairs with cushions) for dining outside. Communication with Raquel is perfect, she is proactive and responds quickly. I also thought the number lock was smart. In short, we had a great time at Raquel's house.

Despite the bad weather during our stay, we were very happy with the place and the house! Everything is prepared at the highest level, there is everything you need! The hosts are very responsive, and despite everything, they fulfilled all our requests. We are grateful to you, thank you!
