The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The 65 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as a separate toilet and thus offers space for 4 people. The equipment also includes high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV. Three private balconies provide you with the perfect setting to greet the morning or wind down the evening.

Quiet apartment with conservatory on beautiful Lake Thiersee. Distance to lake 2 min. A walk around the lake takes about half an hour (2 km). There is a large playground 500 meters away. Supermarket and pizzeria 1 km away. Many small hikes to difficult day trips are possible from the house. Best starting point for a mountain bike tour on the Pendling (local mountain). Mountaineers will be just as happy here as families with small children.
