Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

We are nestled in the beautiful rolling countryside just between the city of Castelo Branco & Fundao. This beautiful yurt is situated right on the edge of our land. In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. Towels & linens provided. Discounts for weekly bookings.

Cantinho D'Aldeia - Rural House with Pool (Côa)

Located in Miuzela do Côa, a Beirã village in the municipality of Almeida, the CORNER D'ALDEIA is the ideal space for those who seek to enjoy nature and well-deserved moments of rest, where they can also participate in the harvest work, wine tasting or get involved in the tradition of using the community oven. Located at the foothills of Serra da Estrela mountains, the house offers a calm and relaxing ambience inviting guests to nature's contemplation.Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, you can enjoy the pool in summer, barbacue, bikes and children's playground.In winter, you can enjoy the sound of the fireplace and the snow on the mountain. On request, adult and child bikes can be dispensed.

Apartment with 3 bedrooms, one of them an en-suite, 1 social bathroom, 1 modern and spacious kitchen, with living and dining room, with Wi-Fi available. Outside, there is space to park the car, it has a basketball hoop and ball, a vegetable garden, a swimming pool with a cover, a leisure and dining area, with a barbecue grill, these spaces being private to the customer. Very quiet area, close to rural villages and very close to the border.

Pula Xitaca

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).

Stairway to Castle

Located in the historic village of Monsanto, the Most Portuguese Village in Portugal, the house was recovered from an old stone house, creating a rustic atmosphere, with the comforts of a current home. Being in the middle of the village, we easily meet the neighbors, hear birds or continue to climb to the Castle (since the house is on the way to the Castle).

Casa medieval, de origem judaica (pensa-se que pode ter origem nos judeus sefarditas que foram expulsos de Espanha em 1492 pelos Reis Católicos), inteiramente recuperada conservando por inteiro toda a sua originalidade. Apenas foi incorporada a inevitável modernidade mas nunca entrando em conflito com a sua arquitectura tradicional.
