Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in SoHo, Manhattan

I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for me and will be more so when they finish the Battery construction. Great reel to walk, great restaurants. Easy access to public transportation to get uptown. Sadly, it rained and I was not able to go up to the roof deck but look forward to that next time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a great little deli/coffee shop/sundry store right around the corner. No complaints - 5 star!!

Great place. The flat feels newly refurbished. There is road noise and honking (its opposite an exit from Queensborough brdige) but no more than would be expected in the city, and the windows and balcony doors (which open) are double glazed. The street felt safe & residential, and nice to come back to every night. There are shops for groceries within walking distance. All the appliances and fixtures, including the air-con, worked well. Overall, felt very comfortable in this place - both the flat and neighbourhood itself, are glad we chose it, and would come again!

Excellent stay at Jordan's apartment, great communication for any questions. This building is in a great location and highly recommended.

Louise's place is very easy to find and access. It is very close to bus stops and metros, and very close to Times Square and Broadway shows. There are several restaurants around. We like the bagel shops right across the street. There is an Amish Market nearby where we can get grocery and food to cook ourselves. The rooms are clean and quiet. Although the apartment is right on the 9th Avenue, we hardly could hear any noise inside the house. It is on the 3rd floor and we were a bit worried about bringing up our luggage but then Louise sent a friend to help us bringing up our stuff when we checked in, and it was at midnight!! We were so comfortable in the house, and had great fun during our trips. I definitely recommend the place.

I was very happy with the apartment. Very friendly team, very clean apartment. Time square area is very busy and loud but once you are in your room you don’t hear much.

This was the perfect spot to enjoy Hoboken! We were able to walk to all restaurants, coffee shops and local sites and the place was clean, spacious and quiet. We would come back in an instant! Extremely convenient!

The place was just as described – clean, comfortable, and well-located. We had a great stay overall. The only minor issue was that communication around check-in could have been a bit more responsive. Otherwise, everything went smoothly. Thank you for hosting us!

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

Samantha and her husbands co host were great they had great quick communication took time to help with directions and addresses to places we wanted to see told us best way around and gave us tips on apps to download to help get around also. Samantha took time to introduce herself to us and inform us if we needed anything just let her know and they let us gone and go as we needed without feeling like we was anywhere but our own home it felt like home we truly enjoyed this stay and their beautiful home and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit New York beautiful place beautiful views and very quiet always across from police station so we felt very very safe great place

The Airbnb was very clean and spacious for six of us. Very comfortable area. Subway station was about an 18 minute walk and that worked well for us. They responded to our text very quickly. They let us know on a daily basis if we needed anything to reach out to them. The only drawback for us was there was no coffee maker or Keurig. Unfortunately, instant coffee doesn’t cut it for us. But overall, the place was very beautiful and as I said earlier clean and comfortable

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming 3-bedroom home in New Jersey! From the moment we arrived, we had a few setbacks, but Rick and Kim quickly turned this around made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, providing us with quick solutions and thoughtful recommendations to any concerns and we had. One of the standout suggestions was a delightful pancake breakfast restaurant nearby, which quickly became our favorite spot. The pancakes were amazing, and it was a great way to start our days! The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for our adventures. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with fantastic hosts. We can't wait to come back!

Very clear directions and responsive, caring hosts. Apartment was beautiful and spacious. My daughter enjoyed going to the coffee shop below every morning. Lots of unique stores and restaurants nearby. Overall a great choice!

We had a great time in the apartment, it was clean and everything we needed was there. Just like in the description. Comfortable bed and couch, great appliances, nice bathroom and everything was in good condition. Really close to public transportation and many restaurants. The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Apartment was clean,spacious we stayed 6 nights with our 2 year old baby. You can get bus no 126 which will take you to time square so very convenient to travel to newyork. Aj and John were very helpful and great host. We had a great stay. Best wishes . Bimla

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! We absolutely loved our stay at Laurie’s place in Hoboken! The home is exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well thought-out. Laurie has truly anticipated every need, making it easy to feel right at home. We were a group of six (three couples), and the space was perfect—spacious & comfortable. The beds were especially cozy. The location couldn't have been better—just a 10-minute walk to the PATH train, which made getting into NYC fast and simple. After long days exploring, it was so nice to return to a quiet, relaxing home base in Hoboken. The neighborhood itself is absolutely charming, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes. I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy Hoboken itself. We especially loved grabbing coffee just a block away at Hey Coffee People and relaxing in the peaceful backyard. All in all, Laurie’s place is a rare find. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Lucy’s place is cute and cozy! The kitchen was spacious and had brand new appliances. The utilization of space throughout the apartment was thoughtful and organized. I had everything I needed and more! Elevators are rare in NY and this place had it! Amazing stay!
