Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Soğucak

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was SUPERB - walking distance to Major Attractions ( Basilica of St John , Ayasuluk), Restaurants, Minimarket, and Public Transport ( Train Station and Otogar to catch Dolmus). The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. The host was responsive and welcoming, providing valuable local tips. The property's design was really unique in 180 years old building. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels and stocked up kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic choice for our stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it more if we could! Book with confidence, you will not regret it.

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!

Ev çok güzeldi, tertemiz ev sahibi baya ilgili çok sevdik. Konumuda güzel marketlere yakın. Bir daha gelecek olsam ilk tercihim burası olurdu.

tamamen tesadüf eseri airbnb sitesini ve Emine hanımın evini gördüm..yorumları okudum herkes muhteşem şeyler yazmıştı fotoğraflarda da hersey çok güzel görünüyordu fakat biraz tedirgindim çünkü misafirle gidecektim ve açıkçası memnun etmesi zor kisilerdi misafirlerim :) Emine hanım bizi karşıladı ve eve girdiğim anda kendi evime gelmişim gibi hissettim.. hersey tertemiz düzenli ve zevkle döşenmişti..mutfak eşyaları hiç kullanılmamış gibi temizdi ve hersey düşürülmüştü..yataklar tertemiz ve konforluydu bel fıtığı olan biri olarak gayet rahat ettim. açıklası evde tozlu veya kirli birsey aradım resmen ama yoktu Emine hanım evdeki herseyi sanki kendi kalıyormuş gibi planlamış ve düzenlemişti ve sonuç gerçekten muhteşemdi...gönül rahatlığıyla gidip kalabilirsiniz..konum olarak çok güzel market fırın kasap pazar hepsi çok kolay ulaşılabilir.Deniz zaten mükemmel Emine hanıma kendi adıma ve misafirlerim adına sonsuz teşekkürler ederim.gelecek yaz tekrar gitmeyi planlıyorum :)

Michael var en veldig vennlig og raus vert. Han hentet meg på flyplassen og kjørte meg også tilbake. Han anbefalte restauranter med fantastisk mat. Sees igjen Michael

The house is even more beautiful than it appeared in the photos; it is clean and well-decorated. We loved the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly neighborhood. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore Vathy, Pythagoreion, Kokkari, and numerous stunning beaches nearby. Iro kindly provided us with water, beer, juice, fruit, and snacks, which was very thoughtful. She is one of the friendliest, most helpful, and kindest people I have ever met. From the start of the reservation process until her departure, Iro kept in touch with me. She responded to my questions promptly and offered valuable suggestions. Additionally, she gladly provided early check-in and check-out to enhance our experience. I look forward to staying at this house again during my next visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone. The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. The apartment is spacious with good facilities. I highly recommend this apartment. Barbara and Graham, Scotland.

We loved SeaView at Psili Ammos! It is even better than the pictures - looks out on the most stunning beach. The water is crystal clear and warm and the beach wasn’t too busy so it felt like a very relaxing slice of heaven. The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you need, and host Chris was very helpful and generous - lovely little treats for when we arrived. Highly recommended - I would stay again!

Wir - 2 Erwachsene - waren zwei Wochen zu Gast im Appartement von Venetia. Das Appartement entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Wir hatten jede ein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad/Toilette. Das Bad ist klein und hat die typische Ausstattung mit einer niedrigen Duschwanne und dem Vorhang. Wir mögen die Challenge, beim Duschen keine Überschwemmung zu verursachen. Hat geklappt! Die Küche und der Wohnraum waren für zwei Personen schön groß. Es war alles Notwendige da. Vom vorderen Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen, dort ist es sonnig am Morgen. Wir hatten Handtücher und Bettwäsche ausreichend für zwei Wochen. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig (Samos im Oktober). Vielleicht wäre es möglich, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ein- bis zweimal eine Art Grundreinigung z. B. für die Bäder zu bekommen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Venetia buchen.

Parfaitement situé, à quelques marches de la plage...superbe vue de la terrasse sur la mer. Apparemment bien agencé, agréable... Avec cependant, quelques bruits de voisinage qui venait des voisins de l'appartement du dessus, peu regardant du repos des autres...

We took an Amazing holidays in Samos in semptember. Panagiotis is a careful and kind host. The apartament was really clean and space, we were in 4. The infinity pool whit the perfect view in Vathy bay Is someting special! We raccomanding this strutture for you're vacation!

Altı arkadaş konakladık ve bizler için oldukça güzel bir deneyim oldu. Ev için temel malzemelere sahip olup etrafı çam, zeytin ve palmiye ağaçları ile çevrili, güzel bir havuzu olan, vintage birçok unsuru barındıran, fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha geniş bir çiftlik eviydi. Seha Bey iletişim konusunda çok iyiydi. Çiftlikte çöp konteyneri/kutusu olmadığı için çöplerimizi yaklaşık 1 km uzaklıktaki konteynere araçlarımız ile götürememiz deneyimimizin tek negatif yanı idi.

Feridun Bey ilk andan çıkışa kadar cok ilgiliydi. Beklediğimizden cok daha iyyidi. Özellikle mutfagi cok kullanışlıydi. Cok genis ferah bir terasta aksam yemekleri yedik .Tekrar teşekkür ederim

3 gece 4 gün 8 yetişkin 1 bebek 2 köpek ile son derece keyifli kusursuz bir tatil yaptık. Sadece son gün bölgede olan elektrik kesintisi neredeyse yarım gün bize bir kayıp yaşattı ama onu da geç çıkış alternatifi sunarak telafi ettiler. Ellerinde olmayan bir duruma rağmen çözüm üretip yardımcı oldular.

Volkan bey her şey için çok teşekkürler. Gerçekten çok güzel bir karşılama ile bizi eve aldınız ve nazik sunumunuz, ev tanıtımınız bizimle iletişiminiz gerçekten çok güzeldi. Ayrıca evin konumu manzarası temiz havası çok ama çok güzeldi. Evin havuzu da çok güzeldi. Her şey için teşekkürler, tekrardan mutlaka yine geleceğiz.

Huzur dolu harika bir villa. Havası miss. Mükemmel bir zaman geçireceğiniz yer. Çok keyif aldım. Son derece güvenilir ve ilgililer. Kesinlik tavsiye ederim. Mutlu olacağınız garanti.

Ev temizdi ve fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi, çok beğendik. Minibüse 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, biz yürümekten gocunmadığımız için evin konumundan memnun kaldık. Çiğdem Hanım adeta ablamız gibiydi; çok misafirperver ve sohbeti çok hoş bir insan. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Nasip olursa tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Mehmet Bey ve ailesi bizi cok guzel agirladi. Ev cok genis ve ferah. Sabah kapimizda taze semizotu ve ege zeytinyagi ile uyandik. Kesinlikle tavsiyemizdir.
