Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento insieme alla mia famiglia per il nostro viaggio a Sofia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento corrisponde alle foto, ed è abbastanza vicino in centro: collegamento semplice con il centro città tramite gli autobus, o se si vuole fare una passeggiata in 15 minuti circa a piedi si arriva alla Vitosha Boulevard. Se avete intenzione di passare dei bei giorni a Sofia vi consiglio questo alloggio

I absolutely loved the apartment and the communication with the host. All instructions were clear, and the entire experience felt just like being at home. The parking spot in the garage was very convenient, and the sense of comfort began right from my first message with Vera and lasted throughout my cozy stay. The apartment is well-equipped—you can cook whatever you like, sit on the balcony enjoying a great view, and sip your coffee. I truly loved it and wished I could have stayed longer. Ho avuto un'esperienza fantastica in questo B&B a Sofia! L'appartamento era molto bello e pulito, con una posizione centrale che permetteva di raggiungere facilmente tutti i principali punti culturali della città. La proprietaria è stata super disponibile e accogliente, sempre pronta ad aiutare. L'unica nota negativa è stata l'odore forte nelle scale, ma è chiaro che non dipendeva dalla proprietaria della casa. In generale, consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chiunque voglia soggiornare nel cuore di Sofia!

Appartamento carino, pulito e ben organizzato al suo interno. La posizione è strategica: a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, in un quartiere pieno di ristoranti ed attività commerciali. Il valore aggiunto è sicuramente Arianna. Gentile, proattiva e sempre attenta alle richieste dell'ospite. Consigliatissimo!

We are a family of 5 and had a very comfortable stay at Kristina's place. It is in the city center, walking distance to most attractions and good restaurants. The place was exactly as advertised. Kristina was very responsive and provided many local suggestions to make our stay more fun. If you have a car, make sure to learn about parking options & restrictions ahead of time.

Чист и уютен апартамент в тих квартал в София. Ниското строителство създаваше допълнителен комфорт. Сградата беше чиста и уютна. Има свободни места за паркиране пред самата сграда. Апартаментът разполага с много приятна веранда за сутришно кафе или вечерна чаша вино. Блага отговаряше бързо и приветливо.

Overall, my stay was good. Polina, the host, was very friendly, flexible with check-in, open to requests, and easy to reach. The location is central but surprisingly quiet despite being next to a main road. There was always hot water, and the electric radiator kept the room warm even in low temperatures. On the downside, the private toilet and shower inside the room weren’t very comfortable. There were some days with ongoing renovations, which caused extra noise. The mattress, linens, and pillows could have been cleaner or newer. Also, since the room is in a large building that can host many people, the atmosphere can vary—sometimes quiet, sometimes more crowded.

There are a lot of positives about Joannas listing. Being fully detached, the place itself is very peaceful and private. It's a very well equipped apartment, pretty much any utility you can think of is available. Temperature control is excellent, the air conditioning is very effective either to heat or cool and the shower water pressure and heat is extremely high. If you are visiting Sofia for tourism the location is fine, there is nearby metro/bus station and taxis are cheap if coming from euro/gbp countries. Though crossing to the east of Sofia from here is fairly long. The area itself has walkable supermarkets and shopping mall. Joanna is helpful and responds quickly. It's a good property, hard to fault.

El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unos días y visitar la ciudad, cuenta con una terraza grande en la que poder estar, la única pega es que el baño es bastante pequeño, el resto todo genial

Абсолютно убежище! Спокойствието на околностите, съчетано с внимателната грижа на собственика, превърнаха престоя ми в спокойно бягство. Самият апартамент беше красиво проектиран и предлагаше всичко необходимо за приятен престой. Силно препоръчвам това място за всеки, който търси спокойно и очарователно бягство!

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

Great host and great place. Would recommend when visiting Sofia.

I stayed in Terry's place with my husband and our 6 months old baby. Everything went really well with the help of such wonderful host. I was in touch with Terry before arrival to confirm the type of bed for the baby, bed linen and to ask for high chair and bath. She responded to my questions, reassured me and provided the items we asked for. The apartment matches the description. It is surprisingly quiet inside, very good windows and isolation from neighbors. We made use of the AC which is great to have when the flat is close to a busy road. The bed was comfortable, lots of bed sheet and towels were provided. The host was kindly flexible for our check out due to late flight and baby naps. I am extremely greatful for this. We would certainly come back to stay with Terry.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

Apartamento muy cerca de todos los monumentos, puedes ir de pie. Como está dentro de un patio, no se escuchan ruidos. La decoración del piso es muy bonita, la casa lleva todos los detalles. La comunicación con Rayna muy fácil, estaba pendiente en todo momento. El único inconveniente el lavabo del baño, estaba un poco pequeñito y es incomodo, pero todo lo demás de 10, tal cual que en las fotos!! Gracias, volveremos!!

Excellent location, super convenient to downtown area yet quiet street. Apartment was easy to get in and out of and fully-stocked with everything you need. Very responsive host. Highly recommended.

We loved staying here. The apartment is large and airy with great light. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two mini split ACs so we stayed cool in the heat wave. It's in a great neighborhood right next to Borisova park and in a beautiful neighborhood. Best of all the Metro stop is near by so you have access to the city without using a taxi.
