You are in the most exclusive residential area of Sofia city, just above the city center, that is 15 min walk away, or two metro stations (metro entrance 150m away)

From the gate you enter into a courtyard with a well maintained green garden, you pass by the old chestnut tree and reach the inner house. Two and a half flights of a wooden staircase take you to the apartment (no elevator). You will find everything needed (appliances, pots and dishes) to prepare your own meal, coffee or tea. The apartment has fast wi-fi Internet and cable TV. Parking in a garage may be available for 6EUR/day, please inquire in advance. Easy access to the airport by metro.

It's equipped with a bed with size 200cm/90cm, washing machine, electric stove, fridge. A brand new, ensuite bathroom is also available. Despite its central location the place will offer you quietness and calmness.
