Unser Cozy Apartment ist eine einzigartige Unterkunft, die sich besonders durch ihre beeindruckende Größe auszeichnet. Diese großzügige Gestaltung ermöglicht es uns, Gruppen von bis zu 11 Personen unterzubringen. Aber das ist nicht der einzige Grund, warum unsere Gäste unser Ferienapartment lieben. Unser Apartment verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche, die ideal für Selbstversorger ist, sowie eine Vielzahl von Schlafzimmern, die alle gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet sind.

Mountainapartment Sölden I

Enjoy your stay in Sölden in our beautiful holiday house above the river with beautiful view of the sourrouding mountains. The house is only 500m away from the next ski lift station and a short walk towards the city center. The whole house has been completely renovated in 2023. The apartment accomodates up to 10 persons, offers a private garden and a balcony, 3 lovely bed rooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen and dining area. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Fünffingerspitzen apartment - Central in the Ötztal

The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor and consists of a furnished kitchen-living room, bathroom, bedroom and a room with a pull-out sofa bed. (Total size 56 m²)

May chalet - Das Barbara

In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

A large terrace and garden offer the best opportunity to rest, sunbathe or barbecue. Free Wi-Fi and parking right by the house are available. Two separate bedrooms and a spacious kitchen-living room offer plenty of space and privacy.

Sölden Apartment Stefan

Everything Comfort apartment, No premium card is included in this apartment price Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.
