The apartment is really right on the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We've been renting the apartment for over 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting. We have contracts with a laundry, an air-conditioning company, and a "handyman" who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent, they've been with us since the beginning.

The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Our building offers daily beach service, which includes tents, chairs and tables set up for our guests. Our building is 5 min away from the shops and supermarket

It's a 4-minute walk to the Vera Salles kiosk on the beach. Point on the map and prove it. With 2 parking spaces, overlooking the sea is complete with (swimming pool and private barbecue) Street quiet and wooded. Great location with everything you need around. The hostess will give the market locations at 1 block, pharmacy 4 q, banks, fast foods 6 q, restaurants 1 q etc… We offer as an early checkin option at 9 am or late checkout at 6 pm, just bring a sheet and bath towel.
