The place is truly beautiful and amazing, especially the terrace. It’s perfect for a BBQ. The place also has literally everything you need and is very clean. The view is stunning! The sauna and jacuzzi helped us relax after a long day. And when we first arrived, there were strawberries and wine waiting for us. Thank you so much for this awesome experience :)

We had a great stay! The cottage is super cozy and the perfect place to relax and disconnect for a while. It’s peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful nature — a great spot to forget about everything else for a bit. The jacuzzi and sauna were amazing and worked perfectly. We loved the views too.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little house in Goče. I was a little hesitant to book initially as there weren't many reviews yet, but we were so glad we did! It was a comfortable and charming place, and the scenic views were a real highlight – so beautiful! The hosts were also fantastic; incredibly welcoming, kind, thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel at home. We'd definitely recommend this spot!

We came here with a group of 4 and got a very warm welcome from the host. He showed us around the place and gave us plenty of good recommendations. Nature and beautiful views were the only things you could see from the house😁 Maki was very helpful helping us book trips with locals and was overall an amazing host!

It was such a beautiful setting to be among the vineyards and my son loved visiting the farms birds and jumping on the trampoline. The accommodations were beautiful and the hosts were so lovely very welcoming and gave excellent recommendations about the local sites. We had their wine and their farm fresh breakfast we highly recommend it ! We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again one day.

Everything worked out super well. Unfortunately, we only imagined the garden a little (much) bigger, or the fenced garden is actually just the house entrance, so everything is paved there. That doesn't fit so well with dog... so unfortunately not as described, but otherwise everything worked out.

Perfect retreat for a relaxing stay. Great location, remote in the hills with a fantastic view. The cottage is rustic yet modern and well equipped. Slavica took great care of us.

I would like to thank Mrs. Branka very much for the excellent service, her hospitality and very kind welcome. We had everything we needed. A very quiet place to rest, from where you can make many trips. We would love to come back sometime.

My wife, daughter and I were lucky enough to stay at Cecilija’s house at Lake Bohinj for 7 nights in October 2024. The house is exactly as advertised: a beautiful, spacious and comfortable traditional Slovenian mountain cottage; located near a medieval church and within easy walking distance of the lake, hiking trails, and centre of the village. There are magnificent village and mountain views from the house and the apple tree outside the front door drops delicious fruit every morning. The space was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Cecilija is a warm and gracious host. On arrival she took the time to clearly advise of local activities, restaurants and services. Cecilija was very helpful throughout our stay, and attentive to our needs without ever intruding. Thank you Cecilija for a wonderful stay in the beautiful Julian Alps!

As Veronica says, "No guests come to her, but friends." We were welcomed in the same way. Just warm!!! The place is sparkling clean and has everything you need and more.

My husband Peter and I had a fantastic time at Grega and Katarina's home. Their cottage was comfortable, clean, spacious, and homey. The location is absolutely perfect - it's a farm maybe 5 minutes from the city of Postojna, which gives you the peace and quiet of a rural area while being close enough to enjoy all the city amenities. It's also perfectly positioned near the Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle. In my opinion, the prices were extremely fair considering how much space we had and the incredible breakfast included - for just €9 per person, we enjoyed a huge, delicious homemade breakfast with all fresh items from their farm: yogurt, cheese, eggs, charcuterie, butter, coffee, milk, jam, honey, and bread. We had a wonderful time befriending Grega and Katarina, who were very kind and gracious hosts and answered all our questions about farm life. We would definitely return and highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area. Our only regret is not staying longer!

Igor is incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming. This beautiful old historic house is full of amazing details, cozy, feels almost like home and you can see the effort put into creating such a vintage space at every step. Cannot wait to come back.

Mateja and Kevin were the warmest hosts we've ever had 🫶 very reliable, attentive and communicative… a great welcome, with homemade wine, makes the start of the holiday perfect… the apartment was fantastic, very lovingly prepared, very clean and even more beautiful than in the pictures… thank you for the wonderful time 😊

We stayed for 5 days at David's place while hiking and exploring Slovenia. David's place is all we were looking for, it's really peaceful and somewhat remote and the views are stunning. The apartment had everything we needed and David was really proactive and gave us great recommendations. David went above and beyond to help us with our queries, we truly appreciate that! We will definitely stay at his place again next time we visit Slovenia :)

Perfect place to stay while in Bohinj area. The host,Marina, is wonderful and ensured our stay was perfect in every way. She checked on us that we were comfortable and it was very easy to communicate with her. The home is neat ,clean and updated . We were a few minutes of walking distance from the bridge and river. She has bicycles available to explore the beautiful area. Plenty of good food to experience in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here

An absolutely cozy little dream cottage, with beautiful views, tranquility and everything you need. The highlight is the wood-burning stove, the view from the bed and the garden. Instant relaxation! The cats are sometimes a bit demanding and active, but if you have moved in with them, you don't want to miss them anymore 😍

At first I panicked because parking for my bulky car (Tourneo) was not the easiest. But I would go back on foot from Italy, just to spend more time at Lavendula Cottage: I have suffered from chronic insomnia for a lifetime and I managed to sleep 7 hours in a row peacefully, breakfast for me is a ritual and like Marta's there are none. Everything is impeccable and clean, in every detail there is good taste, immense care and attention that make the house a fairytale place. At Lavendula Cottage, there is an added value that cannot be classified with stars or reviews: Marta's heart, Sandro's mastery, those polite and wonderful smiles with which they welcome you and make you feel at home. A unique place, not to be missed. And just park in the square!

Thanks once more to the owners of this amazing place. It was relaxing and felt really like a time travel. The house is well maintained and offers a cozy atmosphere rounded up by the cute and sweet cats. Additionally there are some chicken. The nature is calming and it offers a comfortable getaway from modern stressful life. We are sure that we will be back.

The house is very stylish and it has a lovely garden with cherry trees. The host is super kind and responsive and personally checked us in. It is a great base to explore the beautiful region! We would recommend this place for sure. The only thing to be aware of is the fact that the last bit of the road to the house is pretty narrow. We had no trouble navigating it, but if you are a bit of an anxious driver, this is good to know!

The accommodation is a "5-star⭐️", that was our son's first reaction when he arrived. The beautiful little cottage is a peaceful little "home sweet home" next to an old mill that Tomaz also plans to renovate. We were treated to small fresh eggs from their hens and a lovely local wine. Beautiful touches, excellent communication with the host whose naturalness and joy of sharing is felt. The little river and the riverbanks as well as the small colorful hives, this place is just extraordinary. It is the image of Slovenia, this little green paradise and its authentic inhabitants. We will come back for sure and we recommend the place and the host a thousand times.
