Definitely loved the walk ability from Alenka’s place! Penthouse balcony was amazing to enjoy. Great views! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Very responsive to our questions. A little challenge was 3 flights steps with our large heavy suitcases. She was very helpful with offering to book electric shuttle back to the parking garage. (If arriving by car - a better idea is to park at the garage, ask Alenka to order the shuttle that can carry luggage and passengers and be dropped off close to the apartment.)

Beautiful apartment, perfectly equipped! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook – large pots, a large pan and much more. There's even a coffee machine including capsules. Very, very large fridge and freezer with ice dispenser and cool water. The apartment is modernly decorated and technically top-notch – TV with sound system and Google voice control. The bathroom is spacious and also well equipped – shampoo, shower gel and even a straightening iron are available. An extreme plus are the free sun loungers with umbrella. The way to the beach is also very short. Also worth mentioning is the available parking space for people arriving by car. The exchange with Alberto was also possible at any time. The only small downside would be the sofa bed, but given all the other positive aspects, you can easily overlook it.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

Eleonora's house is small, but the spaces are very well organized and there are two nice balconies to have breakfast outside and to hang things out after the beach, which expand the space available. But the real advantage is being directly on the sea. In 2 minutes you are on the beach, Eleonora provided us with an umbrella and two sun loungers on the adjacent beach, which is no small thing!! At the same time, 50 meters from the building, there is the street with all the restaurants and bars, and right nearby, there is a supermarket. In short, the ideal is to park your car in the reserved place under the building and get anywhere on foot. For a few days of real relaxation, it's perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay here, having the pool was a real bonus with the sunny weather. the whole outside space was great for us, we cooked out there in the mornings and evenins. The location is very quiet but there was a bar next door and a couple of restaurants which were walkable. overall we had a great time and Gregor was very friendly and checked to make sure we had everything we need.

Everything was great really, Veronica is amazing, very polite and super helpful. Apartment is located on main street, two minutes from the beach, it is super clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, stores… I would recommend 5/5

The apartment fully corresponds to the photos in the listing, it is located on the 3rd floor and grants a superb view of the lake from a side balcony, which can be reached in 2 minutes from the apartment. The arrival was hassle-free and the reception staff very accommodating. The pool and the sun loungers on the jetty can also be used. Overall a great stay, the contact with Eberhard was uncomplicated, he responds immediately to questions

Perfect for a relaxing vacation with dog(s) Large, super beautiful, fenced property – ideal for travelers with dogs. The place is super well equipped, has everything you need for a vacation and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need is within 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

Our stay was lovely. It was just as quiet, with a great view of the sea from the terrace, as we had imagined it based on the description. It was especially nice to just step out of the apartment and go down to the beach to swim in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and equipped with everything you might need. Vesna is an extremely friendly and helpful host. We felt very comfortable from the beginning.

A very nice apartment with a very large terrace and a fantastic view of the sea. Nothing was missing. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The apartment makes a very neat impression and was very clean. A private parking lot and a private beach were still a great addition. Linda was always helpful and supported us. We enjoyed every day in the apartment.

The apartment with the covered terrace overlooking the sea is very nice and modernly furnished. You have direct access to the beach and promenade. It invites you to take short walks. It was 12 wonderful days.

We felt super comfortable from day one 🤗 The apartment is well equipped, the beds are neither too hard nor too soft and thanks to its own underground parking space (own garage in underground garage) you do not have to worry about a parking space 👍🏻 The location is quiet at the marina, but in 5 minutes you can walk to the great beach and in 10-15 minutes to the city 👍🏻 Mojca and her daughter welcomed us and showed us everything. Both are super nice and Mojca also regularly asked if everything was okay. As a welcome gift, there was also a delicious bottle of local wine... Wow 🤗

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rental was clean and cozy- with a wonderful view of the marina. Annalise was so helpful, friendly and hospitable. We would recommend!!

Cozy and tastefully furnished apartment in a romantic corner of the old town. Many restaurants just around the corner. Still very quiet. 1st floor with a few steps up. We felt comfortable and can recommend the apartment.
