Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Cozy house on Ærø near Vitsø

Our cozy vacation home is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of Ærø, directly on the picturesque Vitsø Lake, a nature reserve that serves as a retreat for numerous bird species. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. With private access to the hiking trail that leads around the Vitsø and to the sea, you can fully enjoy the untouched nature. The house is well equipped and offers modern comfort while preserving the rustic, Danish atmosphere.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Deceleration on the island of Ærø

The guesthouse is only 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is set up for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". Certainly contributes to this, that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, on foot or on horseback.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking. The Lille Bageri is a cozy house from 1902 and, as its name indicates, a former bakery in the heart of the old town of Søby. The harbor with ferry dock, two beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance and quick to reach. Two stops for the free island bus are also nearby. The house is ideal for families or couples. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a sunny garden with furniture and a barbecue.
