A quiet neighborhood in the middle of the lower Karpacz, surrounded by meadows with nice visits of roe deer, deer and rabbits. At the same time, it is close to the center (10 minutes on foot). Magnificent views of the Karkonosze and Rudawy mountains. It is a perfect place for dog owners - walking areas with wild meadows just behind our fence. Our new cottage is connected to the building that is already on this plot (Apartments with mountain views in Marczyce, max. number of guests 9, area 100 sq m, ground floor, first floor, attic. Downstairs: a hallway, living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen. Upstairs: bedroom 1 - two single beds, sitting area, 8.5 sq meters balcony. Bedroom 2 - one double bed, from the bedroom entrance to the room - office or children's bedroom. Attic: 2 single beds, a seating area. The plot area is 1.5 ha.

High Grass of Gruszków

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, the birdsong, the starry sky, resting in a place where time flows slower, and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Chata Plechovka is an idyllic place for lovers of nature and tranquility. It is located in a picturesque landscape in the village of Frýdštejn, near the center of Malá Skála (1km). You can relax by the pool or on the spacious terrace overlooking the beautiful countryside. The cottage is an ideal place for family holidays, romantic stays or quiet escapes from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great location for hiking, cycling, boating, and climbing. The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Our cozy and quiet apartment is located in our family house in Lánov (Prostřední Lánov). We have a garden, right under the forest. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage.
