Der er mulighed for både færgebus og metro fra lejligheden ind til centrum. Sluseholmen er en hyggelig lille by lidt uden for byen.

Feel at home

Classic Cph apartment, with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Things are kept simple, but with a personal touch. This is on the 4th floor, and you have to climb the stairs yourself. No lift. Quiet neighborhood, shopping close by, lots of green areas in walking distance. 2 min. walk from Valby station, with a lot of public transport. 7 min. train ride to Cph Central Station. I like this place a lot. I hope you will too.

The apartment was newly renovated in 2023 and has a fantastic view of the harbor run in Copenhagen's harbor and is located in Sluseholmen, which is referred to as Copenhagen's Venice. A relatively new area with a nice atmosphere, close to shopping and easy access to Copenhagen C. The apartment has 2 large balconies, one of which has a view of the water.

We were lucky to come back a second time to Guillaumes amazing apartment! It has the perfect location, is equipped with everything we needed and more and although our holidays were not going as planned due to illness, we had great days here and could even stay a bit longer thangs to Guillaumes flexibility and generosity! Thank you very very much!!

This was our third time staying at Nina's place: it's our go-to spot in Copenhagen. The neighborhood is the best in the city for lovely surroundings and ease of access through public transit, especially now that there's a Metro stop just a few steps away. Also a few steps away is the best bakery chain in town, Lagkagehuset; the cinnamon rolls are just to die for, and go well with the great coffee from Nina's Gaggia espresso maker. The apartment has two comfortable beds, clean linens, and Nina even puts high-end shampoo and conditioner in the shower! Highly recommended for hygge.

A sunlit waterfront area features individuals lounging on wooden decking, enjoying the calm water. A few paddleboards rest nearby, while residential buildings line the opposite shore under a clear blue sky. People are positioned on towels, soaking up the sunshine.

A beautiful apartment right near the Sydhavn harbor with several grocery stores and a couple coffee shops nearby. Plenty of space for 2 people. I only wish there were windows that could be opened in the bedroom as it was quite warm but the fan helped and the bed was super comfortable. Maria was very responsive throughout the whole stay which was much appreciated.

Nice 2 bedrooms apt. in City

Ho passato 4 notti nell'appartamento di Seneca. Eravamo due adulti, due bambini (7 anni e 2 anni). L'appartamento non è attrezzato per bambini piccoli (non ci sono lettini o seggioloni) ma questo non è stato un problema. La posizione è tranquilla, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro (linea M4) e a 2 minuti (proprio davanti casa) dal traghetto (linea 992) che ti posta in centro, con 3 supermercati ben forniti a 5 minuti piedi. Un paio di ristoranti, take away ed un bel bistrot nelle vicinanze. Le camere ampie e ben arredate. Il punto forte è la vista sul canale, sia di giorno che di notte è uno spettacolo vedere dalle finestre il canale. Bello anche il giardino interno condominiale con giochi per bambini. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per cucina, utilissima la lavatrice ed asciugatrice se si viaggia con bambini. Non c'è un asciugacapelli. Da migliorare alcuni aspetti della pulizia, non impeccabile. Nel complesso, appartamento consigliatissimo!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Annemarie's flat. The furnishings are very tasteful, the flat is bright thanks to the many windows and the marvellous view is wonderful. The car park belonging to the flat is practical and convenient. Annemarie is very friendly, helpful and responsive.

A quiet Venice part of the city

Henrik was kind and helpful. He answered questions very quickly. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. It was close to transportation, and it was a 12-minute walk to the metro station. It was very easy to reach all touristic locations of the city by metro. The house cleaning was sufficient. The kitchen and household items were sufficient. There was a supermarket where you could find everything within a 3-minute walk of the house.

Two kayakers navigate through calm green waters, one in a blue kayak and the other in an orange kayak. Wooden docks line the edges of the waterway, leading to a sandy area beside the canal.
