Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Skyros

Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ ωραίο παραδοσιακό σπίτι, σε μια από τις πιο ωραίες παραλίες του νησιού. Τα παιδιά (6 και 3 ετών) ενθουσιάστηκαν με τον κήπο. Η κουζίνα ήταν πάρα πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη και γενικά δεν μας έλλειψε τίποτα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Η διαμονή μας στο Airbnb ήταν απλά καταπληκτική! Από τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε, η φιλοξενία ήταν φιλική και άμεση. Ο χώρος ήταν ακριβώς όπως τον βλέπαμε στις φωτογραφίες και ακόμα καλύτερος στην πραγματικότητα. Καθαριότητα, άνεση και προσεγμένες λεπτομέρειες που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ξεχωριστή. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, κοντά σε όλα τα κύρια σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη και άνετη. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν εξαιρετικός και πολύ εξυπηρετικός, πάντα διαθέσιμος για οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση ή ανάγκη. Είχαμε την αίσθηση ότι ήμασταν σε ένα σπίτι και όχι απλά σε μια ενοικίαση. Θα συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το κατάλυμα σε όποιον θέλει να ζήσει μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία!

It was a real experience to stay at Nikos' house, it is very traditional. Mind your head though if you are over 1.80 tall. Nikos is a real super host and I loved every single minute of my two week stay here, but if you're looking for luxury don't book it. If you would like to experience a traditional house on Skyros, you must book it. Everything is on walking distance, if you walk well. Thank you Nikos for your hospitality!

Siamo stati ospiti da Avgerinos e sua moglie, due simpatiche e splendide persone locali, in questa bellissima casa nel villaggio di Aspous. Sono stati disponibili sia prima che dopo il nostro arrivo e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni sull'isola oltre ad aiutarci ogni volta che ne avessimo bisogno. La casa è molto bella e pulita, la posizione ottima. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio!

Εξαιρετική η Ολγα! Ενδιαφέρθηκε αν έχουμε φτάσει στο σπίτι καλά, ήταν εκεί όταν την χρειαστήκαμε, απαντούσε άμεσα και γενικά ήταν σαν να ήταν η ίδια εκεί. Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. Λίγο μας δυσκόλεψε το μπάνιο αλλά όλα τα υπόλοιπα σε αποζημιώνουν! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Η καλύτερη επιλογή που μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε! Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική! Μα πιο πολύ από όλα άξιζε η φιλοξενία της Σοφίας που μας υποδέχτηκε από την πρώτη στιγμή που φτάσαμε στο νησί, μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν το σπίτι μας και ήταν συνεχώς πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει!

We had a fantastic stay at Kalliopi's house in Skyros. The location in Chora is ideal, just next to the center where all the charming taverns and cafes are located. The accommodation itself is beautiful, with traditional Skyrian decoration that truly adds to the experience. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Kalliopi was an amazing host—extremely friendly and welcoming. She provided us with valuable information about the best places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. To top it all off, she treated us to a delicious traditional breakfast. Highly recommended!

Miejsce godne polecenia. Fantastyczna lokalizacja, z bardzo dobrym dojazdem, miejsce parkingowe, blisko sklepy, lokalne restauracje. Największą atrakcja jest basen oraz to, że apartament w którym byliśmy ma dwie niezależne sypialnie z własnymi łazienkami, co jest rzadkością w tego typu obiektach. Cicho, spokojnie, blisko do morza i do Chory. Lokal wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba w kuchni, wygodny taras i piękne dekoracje. Serdecznie polecam, na pewno wrócę na Skiros do tego miejsca u Pani Georgiji.

Appartamento adagiato sul mare, bellissimo. Tranquillità e pace assoluta. Tante piccole calette nei dintorni in cui stare. Consta e Anthi sono belle persone, presenti, supportivi e competenti Consigliatissimo

We stayed at Mary's place for a week, two persons; and the place was a perfect choice for our trip to Skyros. Its location is very convenient, at the start of the pedestrian road through Skyros' beautiful Chora, near the bus and taxi station and close to grocery stores, etc. And despite all the activity in the area, the house is very quiet. The place is spacious, good for more than two persons. It was perfectly clean and very well equipped. The WiFi was fast and there is a TV screen. And beyond the AC, the bedroom has a ceiling fan, which we liked. The terrace is very beautiful, with a large table under a lemon tree and with sufficient shade during most of the daytime. Best, we loved the hospitality of Mary's grandmother. Mrs Maria welcomed us cordially, showed us the place, offered us home-made orange pie and gave us some fruits. Plus, it was easy to reach her for any questions we had. In total, we loved our stay at Mary's place; and we will choose it again in another trip to Skyros.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious house in a peaceful location. The home felt warm and cozy, perfect for our visit during Carnival season in late February. Alexis was a fantastic host—very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Our group consisted of one couple and two friends, and we found the house comfortable and well-equipped. While there was no WiFi, it wasn’t an issue for us since we spent most of our time in Chora, and the quiet atmosphere at home allowed us to fully relax and unwind. A small point for improvement: when using both bathrooms, we noticed that the shower areas weren’t separated, which led to some water splashing around. A glass partition could be a great addition to make things more convenient. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Η τοποθεσία και το κατάλυμα αντάξια των προσδοκιών μας. Το δωμάτιο ήσυχο, καθαρό, με ανοιχτωσια και θέα. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική, προσφέρει εύκολη πρόσβαση στη Χώρα, στο λιμάνι και σε πολλές παραλίες. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ φιλόξενη, φιλική και πάντα παρούσα, έτοιμη να εξυπηρετήσει σε ό, τι χρειαστεί.

Η Λίνα είναι φιλική και επικοινωνίακη! Ο χώρος ήταν όπως στις περιγραφές.Η θεα από το μπαλκόνι φανταστική. Λόγω της τοποθεσίας που είναι ψηλά και έχει πολύ ησυχία προτείνεται και για οικογένειες!

We had a really great time at Maria’s place. The studio is very clean and perfectly located in Molos next to the beach and restaurants.

Η Καλλιόπη ήταν εξαιρετική οικοδεσπότης. Πολύ εξυπηρετική, φιλική, ευγενική και γενναιόδωρη. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό, περιποιημένο, ευρύχωρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και με ωραία αισθητική. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς στο κέντρο της θαυμάσιας χώρας του νησιού της Σκύρου το οποίο ενδείκνυται για όποιον ενδιαφέρεται να εξερευνήσει τα σοκάκια της και να την απολαύσει όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας αλλά ίσως λιγότερο για κάποιον που αναζητά απομόνωση. Περάσαμε υπέροχα!

Tres beau logement neuf et aménagé avec goût, calme, dans une magnifique propriété familiale fleurie et arborée, une belle piscine permet de se relaxer dans un environnement extraordinaire. Merci à notre hôte Pierre et sa famille d’avoir contribué à ce que notre séjour de 5 jours sur la pittoresque île de Skyros nous laisse de beaux souvenirs.

The finest hosts one could hope for, welcoming and helpful in the extreme. The place is lovely too right by the beach and resto. Highly highly recommended.

It was our second visit and it was delightful. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi after our swim in the sea. We totally recommend it
