The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Large bright apartment on the 1st floor of our villa (staircase to the 1st floor), on a quiet residential street. Not suitable for families with small children (children under 8 years of age) Private entrance. Large bedroom with double bed, small sofa and TV. Large living room with small tea kitchen, fridge and sink, it is not possible to cook hot food. Large double bed in the corner of the living room, sofa, armchairs, coffee tables, TV. Exit to balcony with view. Private bathroom, toilet + sink. Helpful neighbors if we as the owner are away.

There is a living room kitchen bathroom two double bedrooms. Pluds a Loft with 2 beds. Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with a duvet and pillow - high chairs - a changing pad in the bathroom. A bathtub for children. TV with internet. Outside there is a table with chairs and a grill. You can borrow a daybed if you're interested. There is a fly on all plastic windows. Take the windows is not the fly in. You put on your own linens.

Guesthouse 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill. Terrace with BBQ grill is avalible just outside the door - and a private roof terrasse (avalible from 2026) for those sunny days! Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

Idyllic and charming thatched property with a lovely, nice apartment of just under 60 sqm. There is a private entrance and parking directly at the door. The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people, and there is coffee and tea for free use. If you need something tasty, you can buy beer, wine, soda, chips and chocolate. Just outside the apartment you can sit and relax either facing east or west. We are also only 2 km from the Hærvejen.

School Stenderup - Entire home/3 bedrooms

Entire home for yourselves, which consists of 3 rooms in the old school, where you have a completely renovated bathroom and you have the large industrial kitchen with all the facilities available and a living room. Sit outside if the weather is good and enjoy breakfast overlooking the apple orchard. Take a stroll in the 360 m2 greenhouse or play badminton or table tennis (by appointment) in the old gym. You provide your own food.
