Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

Polypotamo was such a beautiful place and the view was amazing. The stone Airbnb was so wonderful and spacious. Food preparation was easy in the kitchen and the kids loved the toys. It was so peaceful after staying in Thessaloniki and Athens. Thank you for a great visit!

We absolutely loved the place!!! There is a massive garden where our kid could play and we could enjoy a peaceful coffee looking at the great scenery!! the house has everything you need and all is brand new!! was very clean as well. we will definitely return!!

The house is incredibly spacious, sophisticated, and classy providing a comfortable and elegant atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped and bedrooms are super cozy with excellent mattresses. Super comfy common areas and lovely balcony with great view of the mountains. The staircase to the apartment might be challenging for people with mobility issues. Parking is super easy on the area and the house is only a 5' drive from the city center. We highly recommend it!

Very comfortable and beautiful apartment in the center of Edessa. Even though the place is small, they made the most of it. The interior of the apartment is well and rationally thought out. It was obvious that the apartment owners took GREAT care to make sure that the guests were not only comfortable, but also aesthetically pleased. The toilet and shower room have already been mentioned in the reviews. The washbasin is only designed to wash your hands after using the toilet. You could wash in the kitchen, but the water pressure was so weak that it was difficult to wash the dishes. These are only two disadvantages. The rest is beyond praise. The host left a lot of treats for the guests. Such attention is very pleasant! There are so many kitchen utensils and household appliances that can satisfy the most demanding guest! We rested for 4 days and did not lack anything! And of course, such a large garden terrace in the center of the city is something unique! The house is quiet. The elevator is beautiful and spacious.
