The villa is located in Husie and is close to Bulltoftapark which offers tennis courts, gyms (inside and out), café, football fields and frisbee golf! A quiet neighborhood with bus connections into both the city center of Malmö and to Lund. Grocery store is 5 minutes away (walking distance). The bus that goes 1 min away from the house takes you into the pedestrian street in Malmö in 20 min (straight distance). The bus that goes to Lund takes 25-30 minutes (straight distance). In this national romantic house from 1905, you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, grill and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's fantastic sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and carefully renovated house with carpentry joy and high coziness factor. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

Perfekt boende för er som semestrande barnfamilj, såväl som för dig och ditt kompisgäng. Kör rakt in på tomten och parkera bilar (och släp). 3 minuter från strand och bad, en stor insynsskyddad trädgård och en villa som alla får gott om plats i utan att behöva trängas. Bilderna är inte helt uppdaterade efter en modernisering i de båda vardagsrummen. Huset är till skillnad från många andra ett rent turistboende vilket ger en hel del enkelhet och flexibilitet till skillnad från folks uthyrda hem.

Bathroom with washer/dryer. You will have your own garden with BBQ and seating area and your own parking lot. We live in a summer village, therefore some noise may occur in the evenings
