Perfect location by the sea!

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Charmigt korsvirkeshus, intill Ravlunda kyrka. Ravlunda är en by belägen mellan Brösarps backar och Kivik. Byn är omgiven av vacker natur och ligger ett par minuter från Haväng och badstrand. Mysigt lusthus samt två uteplatser med utsikt över ängar, fält och kohage. Lummig trädgård med rosor, hallon och kryddor. Parkering för 2-4 bilar. Det finns en gårdsbutik 100 m från huset. Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

The cottage is located in Österlen, just 10 minutes from Tomelilla, 20 minutes to Ystad, and 30 minutes to Kivik – ideal for exploring Österlen. Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr.

160 m2 beautiful renovated countryhouse with 3 big bedrooms, wooden floors and a fireplace. Old school finnish sauna. Big garden with bonfire place and lot of space to play and enjoy. The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
