Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

The apartment is fully equipped. 55-inch TV is available with chromecast. Large kitchen that is also fully equipped. If you want to stay in a different home, with nice feeling and nice decor, this is a home for you! Pool is available for use for a surcharge. The pool is available June-Augusti. Bright, nice apartment with its own entrance. Scenically located but only a few km from road 13 and E 22. Apartment with kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed, sleeping alcove with bunk bed and fully tiled bathroom. On the property, there are dogs, cats, horses and chickens. Guests are welcome to enjoy the majority of the garden, with access to, among other things, outdoor furniture and barbecue, and there is plenty of room for children to play both outside and inside.

Our guesthouse i 50 kvm and in very good shape. Kitchen/bedrooms/tvlounge in the same big room. It is 3,5 km to the city Ystad! And the beach is 25 meters from our house. We also have a terrace you can use. Just a 10 min drive from us is Abbekås golfbana. The railway is close to the house and can be disturbing. Notice that towels and sheets are NOT included.
