Family-friendly vacation rentals in Skälderviken-Havsbaden

Amazing place to explore the local area. We felt right at home and the accommodation had everything we needed and more. We loved the hot tub and the lovely porch. Washing machine was so handy to have too. Beds very comfy and loads of light in every area. We have already made plans to come next year and we actually extended our stay ! The host was extremely helpful and accommodating.

We had a weekend in this beautiful house close to Kopenhagen. This AirBnB is nicely furnished and offers all that is needed, from barbecue to relaxation and activities. When returning to this area, we will pick this spot!

Amazing home, quiet, spacious and very clean, Lars greeted us warmly with some welcome wine and drinks and was extremely helpful explaining everything to us. The house has everything you may need and more, like instant sparkling water even. Anything you may need to prepare a meal is available. Oled TV is a plus. Fresh air at this neighborhood and very safe. Spacious 4 bedrooms, the house is perfect for a mid to large family, I will definitely try to book the same house for our family again next year. Very impressed and greatful to Lars for his warm hospitality.

A lovely house and a fantastic retreat from our activities in Helsingborg. Lots of space to relax, hot tub and garden with patio and seating, nice kitchen, good rooms. Everything was great, five star recommended

We had a wonderful stay in Carina’s home. It is a great house with a big garden. It’s super well stocked with everything you may need. And they even left us their bikes to us. The area is also really nice! Carina was so easy to communicate with!

Boligen var rigtig flot og meget nydeligt rengjorde da vi ankom til stedet. Jesper var utroligt sød og hjælpsom hvis der var problemer (som der heldigvis ikke var mange af) og havde forklaret godt og tydeligt hvordan alt fungerede. Vi var meget glade for vores ophold og kommer 100 procent igen:)

We (being two adults, one teen, and our dog) stayed here for five nights. Communication with Ole was super good from the start. We found the house to be clean, comfortable, cozy, and peaceful. The yard is great with a small fence so our small dog could roam freely. The deck furniture is super comfortable. Even though the cabin sits on a small road, it is a deadend street with only once house on it past his so there is no car traffic and little foot traffic. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is comfortable, the dinning room is nice. We found the beds to be comfortable. We used the gas grill outside for most dinners and it was great. There are games and the tv had Netflix, Wifi worked well. Ole was super flexible and accomodating, he allowed us to come early and leave late on our last day when we had a late night ferry to catch. There is a small grocery store close buy but it doesn't have much. There are tons of attractions to do that are close by. Great stay.

Marianne is an incredibly kind and thoughtful host who truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home—even surprising us with beautiful flowers on multiple occasions. The apartment is spacious, bright, and offers stunning views. Its location is excellent—close to the city, especially convenient if you have a car or a pet. Street parking is easy, and the coffee shop downstairs is a fantastic bonus. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Vi var ett tjejgäng som firade 40-årsdag i vackra Arild och kunde inte ha valt ett bättre boende! Huset var charmigt, rymligt och fullt utrustat – perfekt för en helg med avkoppling och gemenskap. Fantastiskt läge och smidig kommunikation med värden. Vi är supernöjda och rekommenderar varmt detta boende!

Wat een geweldige huis op een geweldige plek. We hebben hier 11 dagen een perfecte tijd gehad met kerst en nieuwjaar. Bij aankomst werden we opgewacht door een reeds brandende haard en Patrik. We voelden ons eigenlijk meteen thuis. Het huis is in werkelijkheid nog beter dan op de foto’s, zeer praktische ingericht en goed afgewerkt. Zeer goede bedden, een fantastische sauna (en douche ernaast), zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, super haard (met meer dan voldoende hout), prachtige omgeving in volledige rust maar wel in 10 minuten bij de plaatselijke supermarkt. Mooie grote televisie en comfortabele bank. Heerlijk warm huis. Het contact met Iris en Patrik is zeer makkelijk en ze doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. De reservering voor de feestdagen van volgend jaar is reeds gemaakt! Dus we komen zeker terug!

Vores andet besøg, og igen er alt som det skal være. Perfekt lokation for et espergærde ophold.

Vi var meget glade for at bo i Lajla's hyggelige hus. Det er ikke stort, men super funktionelt og charmerende, og sikkert endnu dejligere om sommeren hvor man kan udnytte det skønne udendørsareal med. Vi havde vores hund med og det fungerede super fint. Vi kan kun anbefale Lajla's skønne hus og Lajla er en super sød og imødekommende vært. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage - hvis vi får lov.

Cosy guest house, including a beautiful shared garden! We got to meet the hosts briefly and they were very friendly. We had great walks in the area with our dog, between the hills and the sea. Not too far from the train station, which was a big plus as we didn't have a car. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while exploring the region. Mycket lugnt och trivsamt boende med bra plats för flera familjer/släkt att umgås/ äta och ha det bra. Närhet till många sevärdheter/aktiviteter. Kenny var tydlig, svarade snabbt på frågor och en trygg värd.

Torekov visade sin bästa sida som vanligt och boendet gjorde det ännu bättre. Vi saknade inget, huset var mysigt, städat och det fanns tydliga instruktioner. Poolen underlättade om man inte hann ta sig till stranden. Kommer gärna tillbaka nästa år.

The house is truly unique on Airbnb, and we were fortunate to secure one of the rare time slots available. The house and farm are even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. Bjørn and his family were very kind and supportive hosts, making us feel welcomed and appreciated. We had a fantastic time exploring Copenhagen, Roskilde, and Helsingør, biking through the stunning landscape, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying the evening sun on the terrace. Even the little rain we experienced didn’t dampen our spirits, as we enjoyed the cozy and charming interior of the house. To be clear: we would love to come back!

We had a great time in Frode's house. It is located in a nice community with lots of small little paths and great facilities. There's much to visit nearby. The house had everything we needed and we felt right at home. It could have been a bit cleaner, but it was fine for us. Frode was always responsive and gave us lots of advice on what to do. We'd definitely come back.

Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse under veckan vi var i Halmstad. Vi var fyra familjer som bodde i huset(totalt 16 personer) och det var ett stort och rymligt hus och det fanns gott om plats att sova på och vara på. Rekommenderar det verkligen vidare!

Katarina und Peter sind tolle Gastgeber und unser Urlaub war perfekt! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in einem traumhaften Haus. Dank der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche konnten wir sogar den Geburtstagskuchen für den Großen backen. 🙂 Und das der Pool natürlich perfekt ist für 3 kleine Wasserratten, muss man denk ich nicht betonen 😂 Am liebsten hätten sie die ganzen 14 Tage dort verbracht. Aufgrund der Lage waren viele Unternehmungen in ca. 60 min mit dem Auto erreichbar, so war für jeden etwas dabei. Ob Naturreservate zum Wandern, eine Elchsafari, ein Ausflug nach Malmö und Kopenhagen, eine Walsafari mit dem Schnellboot oder das Automuseum und der Karibikstrand im Süden. Die fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeit bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, sodass auch für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt ist. Falls Fragen aufkamen, erhielten wir direkt eine Antwort, was natürlich alles einfacher macht ❤️ Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit und liebe Grüße Eileen, André, Paul, Jonas und Emil

We travelled as a family of 6 - grandparents, parents and 2 children and had an a wonderfully relaxing time at Asa & Stefan’s house. The house is as described and really well equipped. The swimming pool was a big hit and we all enjoyed our evening walks to the beach. We hadn’t realised how quiet the area would be in the middle of August but it still suited us well - except it was difficult to hire bikes for our small children. If we come again we would make sure to book well in advance. Everything at the house was made very easy and thoughtful and meant we could all relax and enjoy ourselves.
